you could either check him into rehab (tell mittens its a health farm) and wait a few weeks until hes clean, or take him on holiday to somewhere where he can't get any smack. this may be a bit harsh, but its the only way. or, just lock him in a room until hes clean, yep, go cold turkey. or, threaten him with being spayed. - that may work the best.
