No-one could deny that apple has given the world some fine products. Its not the technology that annoys me but the culture around it: the pretentious open-plan office, the stupid imac case and the little brats who suddenly think of themselves as hackers because they can turn on a mac.
The analogy would have made more sense if the copiers of the cds were trying to claim that they wrote/performed the music. If some one was copying my paper to use as an examplar of a good paper I would be flattered and pleased that my work was being distributed to as many people as possible as should any artist especially a musician.
I suppose now the fascists will have no excuse to censor these sites and maybe we wont have to hear about how you can "protect" your children with AOL.
Despite this being rambling and sometimes going off at a tangent it does highlight some interesting points on human behaviour and makes some disturbingly shrewd comparisons. I am curious as to why it scored -1.
