    Ever read a cell phone provider's terms and conditions? It probably says no you can't actually talk to anyone for as long as you like. That up to 4G speeds? Any data at whatever speed you happen to get counts toward that, and I had to file a complaint to find out that with MetroPCS, you are capped at 2G speeds which is about 128kbps, or nearly twice the speed of the fastest dial-up. With MetroPCS, I even had trouble viewing the terms and conditions a number of times because they didn't make the page right.

    You don't have to be online to enable offline mode anymore. Not sure about having to get back online to renew it though,but haven't had a problem yet, and I currently only have access to the internet at libraries that block steams ports.

    Yeah, exactly. I don't see why the surveillance community doesn't get that if you ban encryption then anyone, not just them can see your unencrypted things and won't keep encryption out of the hands of the bad guys. Maybe they think if encryption is only used by the bad guys it will be detectable and they can arrest the bad guys simply for using encryption.

    There's lots of math, like Bresenham's equations, that no matter how much I read about it doesn't fully click for me, and I have every desire to figure it out so I can improve upon it, like making an equation that moves one unit down the line instead of one unit along the x axis.

    And where are you supposed to learn responsibility? They don't teach it in schools and they don't teach how to avoid being a parent when you aren't responsible, nor do they teach that you should avoid being a parent when you aren't responsible. Most people have only a vague notion of what responsibility is.
