I keep having people asking me questions about computers that indicate they don't understand the reality involved. For example, they say something like, "Do you put your own programs in there?", with no idea about writing programs, starting with a program somebody else wrote and modifying it, or simply downloading a program.
Justification is a good that can be negotiated for. They owe whatever is contracted for, and government is just another contract. If the cell phone companies don't like the rules the government has, they don't have to provide service there. If the people don't think they are getting enough cell phone choice under the rules passed by their government, they have the right to change that government.

Management is a technology.
The business decisions affect the layout of the internet. The two are intertwined, and if there is an solution to this problem that involves a change in architecture, well then, there's something wrong with the current architecture.
That being said, I found it strange that it didn't occur to my classmates to call Cisco for product advice on a network design project when the class was for CCNA, but then I passed the cert test on the first try. I understand I was the only one of that class to do it in one try, though I may simply have been the first to pass it.
But signal loss in the direction of propagation isn't is it? Also are the strengths of the two transmitters the same? I would think the laptop might use a less powerful transmitter. Not sure what other factors there might be. I'm not sure of all the issues involved, nor do I fully understand the concepts brought up here.
Otherwise, how would you connect the antenna to the radio. Plus, no one ever mentions that both sides have to be able to hear each other. No good if your notebook just hears the base but not the other way around.
Sure that's what the words in the article can clearly mean, but J. Allard just doesn't have a clear understanding of English. What he said was:
"I don't know who we've let down."
He doesn't seem to realize that "let down" is a synonym for disappointed...
Ah wait, Firefox find stalled on the apostophe. He means the total package shoudn't be an overall disappointment, while not having a hard drive is a specific disappointment.

What I'd like to know is whether or not the competition did make changes to the source code, but kept the changes to themselves and figured they wouldn't be caught since the code they released is in ROMs.

That choosing to put things into your body that puts your health and life, and in some cases being a factor in you potentially hurting or killing others, as well as the medical costs associated with all of that is worse than not letting an artist insist upon getting paid again and again and again from their hard work. The services as listed are garbage and fire, not garbage removal and fire fighting. So taking them literally results in the funny concusion that they are going to send the renters garbage and set things in the rental on fire.

The beautiful thing about standards is that the better they are, the better they make the lives of those who live by them. If your standards are good, then you want others to have them, and be better off as well. furthermore, if you see others having a good time, look into their standards. They may have soemthing you lack.
On the other hand, if you aren't having a good time, you'd better look for someone having a good time and learn from them quick.
