I'm not looking at the question of whether or not Trump has business dealings in countries outside the ban. The question is whether or not Trump is particularly an odd man out for not having business dealings inside the countries the ban effects. If nobody or very few has/have dealings with these countries then it is a harder case to make that Trump's business dealings there played a particularly large part in involving those countries in the ban.

The odd thing that no one examines is whether very many people/businesses have business dealings with those companies. Kind of like how people claim that confidence in our elections is justified, but no real investigation of the elections is done to enforce this. There are so many things that need to be done to be certain that people are on the up-and-up that simply aren't done and people have or lack belief in a given situation without the necessary work being done to grant certainty. We are living in a world of deliberate vagueness that people act as if they can be certain about.

The shortcomings involved with making these posts offer lots of opportunities for errors to creep in other than being unable to spell. And since we seem to have a difference of opinion as to whether my assertion was a pedantic nitpick or a somewhat solid refutation of his claim, anyone else wish to chime in?

How much effort was put into helping him understandthe concepts behind which operator to use? Even going bact to two dimensions and illustrating what happens when you take three rows of three and multiply them as opposed to adding them and explaining that the word "by" can signla a multiplication may scratch deeper than what he has picked up on so far. You have to get his attention first though, and there are lots of other unexplored details. So we know too little about how people work and fail to work to adequately address the situation of what people can and cannot do.

All people come to power using questionable means. The means Hitler used to come to power has more to do with the nature of the ganeral tools of rising to power than it does about the general outcome of the situation after any given person rises to power.
I was attempting to illustrate that his assertions were as nonsensical as the assertions I made and were similar to something out of the mind of someone who would say unironicly, "literally Hitler".
Hitler breathed air. You breathe air. Therefore you are literally Hitler. None of the things you explicitly mentioned that Hitler did are the thigs Hitler did with certainty wrong. You hint at things he did wrong, but killing millions of people who are of a certain religious pursuasion, is nothing substantiality like prioritizing one religion over another. You may have a valid criticism about the religious prioritizing, but trying to say it is of the same issue as what Hitler did is nonsense.
No, people are all over the map on what they believe, but the most sensible people still have a wait and see attitude towards Trump. As for Trump supporters being racist, the ones that are are generally white supremacists who promote their superiority over all other people. It is the Left that singles out groups for special treatment.
Well gee if there was nothing to pirate people would have to settle for playing all the free and open source games out there, and use operating systems that are likewise. Whatever would we do?
