You know, I have seen the "Well, he must not be too stupid cause he cashed in for millions" argument a few times here - and I have to disagree. I am sure the morons on "Jack Ass" make some good money for doing what they do - but that does not mean their actions are not "stupid". Just because you make money off of an action does not imply that it is any less stupid, or moral, helpful, or useful for that matter.
This is *not* a brillant suggestion - unless of course you enjoy downloading 250 messages over a dial up connection only to have 230 rejected by your spam filter. The solution is to stop the messages at the source, not the destination.
Well, from what I have seen of dell's tech support for small businesses, one could easily diagnose - and repair a machine in the time it takes to get through their phone que.
I don't think this is an attempt to grab power by law enforcement -- All of these new mesaureres are designed to give the appearnce of getting something (anything) done with little regard for the consequences.
IMO - 'late last month' references a time between the middle and end of the previous month, with emphasis on the last week of the month.
