There are a few MMOs that have implemented similar bot checks. Every once in a while, you get a question in chat from their bot-checking NPC. "What is 9 plus 4", and similarly easy questions. If you don't answer the question, you get kicked off.

Once I was playing FF XI and while fishing several multiple choice questions popped on my screen in a dialog style box and I had to click on the answer else get kicked off line. I figured while fishing I triggered some sort of checking system.

Once I went to deposit my check using the ATM as I have for the past 8 years, I put my card in, punched in my pin and the system just froze up. I sat there waiting for a good 2 minutes and nothing, wouldn't even spit my card back out. So I drove around and went in and told someone in the bank. The lady went to check out the maching and when got back she said it had rebooted and that my card was ejected and sitting there waiting to be removed. I was somewhat shocked. She then said that it has happened before and the system runs Microsoft Windows XP.

They may want to speak English or Russian to please the client more, but a law forcing private businesses to speak the national language is just stupid.

I work for a VoIP provider and of all our customers, only the people using Comcast have voice brake-up. All other broadband including myself (charter) have perfect quality. It's sad when we get blamed for this when in fact its not our problem. I was on the phone with Comcast many times over just to get them to clear the problem up so my sister could have good VoIP quality. It still has problems here and there but at least its good now for the most part.
