We already do. Some people work more, some people less. Those people who work more don't have to. But for whatever reason, the rewards are enough to do this (they want more cars, vacations, enjoy their work, etc).
Not necessarily. There are people who work less, that enjoy those rewards (cars, vacations, etc.) and alot of people who work more (like 2 jobs, etc.) and barely make enough to meet their monthly living expenses.
I don't know many people that work more than the standard 40 hours a week because they want to. Personally, considering how short life is, I think it is wrong to work 40 or more hours per week. But unfortunately we live in a society/economical system that demands that. I'm sure there are ways around it, though not too easily feasible.
70 or lower is horrible if you're not wearing a T-Shirt, a dress-shirt, and a tie. Keep it higher than 70. If people are hot, too bad: they can wear less clothes. People who always bitch about it being "too hot" and try to get the temp decreased are one of my big pet peeves. My workplace is always freezing, even in the summer. Damn Temperature Fascists.
Sure it may be cheap when comparred to the rest of the world, but I don't beleive that it is cheap enough. I want it cheaper. With electricity being such a big part in our daily lives, I believe it should be much cheaper, as cheap as the average monthly cost of water.
I think they really do.
It is another year. totaly worth it if you ask me....unless you're more concerned with saving that money for use after you have passed away, um for the afterlife or something...
Have you used one of the recent ipod's before?
(3rd generation, maybe 2nd too, not sure about 1st).
The wheel itself doesn't rotate or move.
It's kinda like a touchpad on laptops, but made of smoother plastic. You can rotate your thumb on its surface and it senses which way your rotating and scrolls acordingly.
The ipods are the only products i've seen this on.
Also, (atleast on 3rd gen ipods) the buttons are also touch sensitive. They don't actually push or click in, you just touch or tap them. I've seen this before on other macs and apple monitors and surprisingly in an elevator in a hospital in LA (I think) over 13 years ago.
The tap water in the area where I live is horrible.
I can't stand to drink it, it just doesn't taste like what water should taste like, and it's probably not the most healthy thing to drink. Mostly everyone I know does not drink from the tap, unless it's being filtered.
But, I still don't pay more for water than gas. I usually buy bottled water at $0.50 to $1 a gallon.
It's not really 100% gauranteed; I only use a cell phone for my phone needs, but I have recieved a few unsolcited calls before. Not too many, but I still got some.
There are a few scenes where shinji kinda notices or feels his mother's presence while in the eva; I think during the couple of times where his eva runs out of battery power, etc.
Asuka too but only once, in the movies, at the begining of her last and awesome battle scene.
Shinji's mother (her soul/spirit) was actually lost/absorbed into eva unit 1, and I think that Asuka's mother may also be in her eva. This would explain why they can "sync" well with their evas,...well most of the time.
Not really; The room temperature would be more or less the same with or without a heatsink on your AMD; actually it probably would warmer with the heat sink on and cooler without it, Since heatsinks dissapate the processor heat into the ambient air. They do not magically make it disapear.:) secondlaw.com

I find this cover more disturbingly familiar...
this last weeks cover.

That would be awesome!
I'd probably then watch a game if that's how it would be played,.....maybe.
It's not like this in all of the US.

Are you trolling?,.. I can't tell,... I guess that's what makes a good troll.... :)
Have you tried using a PS/2 to USB (or to ADB for the older macs) adapter? You should be able to find several with google.
That's how I hooked up my PC kinesis keyboard to my mac; With PS/2 to USB adapter.
