I'm sure if you look around on their website, they'll offer the SIM for free. Here's a link to the Groupon page of T-Mobile stuff:

In my case, I went to a T-Mobile store, and mentioned that I could get the SIM free off the tmobile.com website, and they gave me the SIM without asking further.
Aloha
To me, the Leaf looks like a butt-ugly frog. Maybe if the Nissan Leaf were as sleek a design as the Tesla, Nissan might sell a few more. I dont understand why car companies assume that electric or hybrid cars need to have "weird" designs.
Just using oversimplified math, I divided 45,000,000 by 365 (days) and got 123,287 per day. I know that's not "real," but helps to give some perspective.
So they lost 21,000 domains in a day? According to WikiPedia, they had 45 MILLION domains registered through them in 2010! Bet they didn't even notice. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Go_Daddy
I believe the Acme mail order company shipped a similar set of springs to Wile E. Coyote back in the late 60s or early 70s for prior art. Coyote put them on his feet to try and catch Road Runner, but they didn't work. (I wonder what Acme's return policy was like?)
I used to work in advertising. Our job was to come up with materials that made people like or desire the product. Generally, hitting them on the head with a dead fish didn't work. We had to come up with something better. That was our job.
If the ad companies don't want their product blocked, it is their duty to come up with promotional materials that I will not block. If their material is compelling enough and unobtrusive enough, I will not block it.
The answer to ad blocking is not to come up with bigger, more obtrusive, forcible ad viewing. The answer is to come up with ads that I won't mind viewing.
Another reader mentions Google ads as less-obtrusive and sometimes useful. I concur.
...and 61% of the people who do send in the rebates never receive their money! (I just made that up, but it can't be too far off.)
Rebates suck. I will not buy ANYTHING with a rebate. I'd rather wait for a true "sale" on an item at a decent price with no rebate.
Too often, I've followed the directions of the rebate to the letter, even going so far as to photocopy my submission for backup only to have the rebate rejected as "incomplete," or incorrect.
When I have showed proof of my proper submission, I have been told to send it in again, only to have my rebate fall into a black hole.
Again, rebates suck and I will not purchase anything, not even FREE AFTER REBATE items, as I don't trust the promotions any more.
We sponsor internships for students who show aptitude and proper attitude. We then let them help develop projects for our clients, and even let them develop some projects that they come up with.

I have no connection other than liking and using SlashDock.
If the carp control program works in Australia, I would suggest that a lot of people in Hawaii would be happy to see the same solution applied to the tilapia rampant in our streams.
Tilapia were brought here from Africa in the 20th century some time for God knows what reason. They have overrun every fresh and brackish waterway in the state.
It would be wonderful if we could give the native fish some room to breathe.
If Ford Motor Company recalled your F-150 truck for safety and security upgrades and patches every month, you'd think long and hard before buying another car from them, right?
Crappy seats in horrible venues with abominable acoustics; with Gestapo searches at the gate to make sure you don't smuggle in any decent food; (to insure you buy the crappy concession food at six times the reasonable price); don't dare to shift out of your chair during the performance or the ushers will "usher" you out the door.
I really want to go see some of the shows that come to our town, but man, they ask too much.
Example: "Yes" with the Honolulu Symphony $65 for all but the back row!
If not Yes, how about Steely Dan? $81, $71, $66. Remember, $66 gets you into the nosebleed club!
Those are only a couple of examples. I used to love concerts, but in recent years, they have just gotten too damned expensive.
Whew, when I read the post and it talked about "texting," I thought it was going to say that the MPAA had determined that the text in BOOKS was eroding their movie profits!
Apple reduced education pricing today, across the board from 5 to 15 percent. The net effect on the G5, from MacRumors.com:
This brings prices of the Dual 2GHz machines down to $2699.00 from a retail price of $2999.00 - and appears to be reflected on invoices of already pre-ordered PowerMacs.
Chee, if you did that, you'd have... a PEE CEE!!!!
So if you want a PEE CEE, why not just buy one? You can get one CHEAPER! Go for it, man!

T-Mobile just responded. Three lines unlimited data, $100, taxes included. https://www.macrumors.com/2017...
When are the commercial airlines going to protest this service, like the cab industry protested Lyft and Uber?

This one uses a little (of your) electricity, but technically it has no moving parts!
