    uh i don't know if this occured to anyone else...but tom's hardware doesn't exactly like intel. they show way too much favortism to AMD.

    now i'm not saying AMD is bad...and for that matter intel still hasn't shipped their 1GHz chip while AMD has got them in stores.

    like you tell all those sluts: Intel needs to put up or shut up.

    well as soon as some of these recording companies quit producing crap i might buy something. they seem to make songs that hit it once and never do much of anything again.

    and all that money they make they use to pay radio stations to play their music they make money on...so it's really one giant loop. hell even Limp Bizcuit admitted it...so imagine how much crap you hear (Backstreet Boys, 98 deg, Britney Spears, etc.) was forced upon you.

    does anyone realize these are the people telling us what is cool to listen too, or what is cool to wear. does it bother you when you see a car down the street with a nike swoosh on it? sure you may not do it, or subscribe to that crap...but what about all those kids that the TV has made weak minded corporate drones?

    its like the cigarette companies telling you that they don't kill people or that cigs. aren't dangerous.

    forgive me if i spell wrong...i don't give a rats ass...

    as for the taps...i forgot that was for private party. oops...but admittedly there should be some sort of regulation...fucking FBI gets to do whatever they want sometimes...

    Everyone knows that the taps are inadmissable in court if you can't tell you are being taped. There is some obscure law that says that you have to have a small alert...like a beep to indicate you are being tapped...how this would play into internet connections i don't know...use ssh

    how about a window that pops up in windows and says:
    "you are being tapped" with only and "OK" button!

    no nor will there ever be...the damn things are upwards and backwards compatable with the DUPLO blocks...try it...the large 2x2 and up bricks will fit on and under duplo blocks...

    if you want to build a house i recommend using those and get the legos for the detail.

    uh well i just thought it was a rackett for those airfone things so they could rape you for $1.99/min. i dont think if they could down a plane they would allow the planes to fly or the fones to exist. otherwise i would stand at the front yelling "i'll do it!!" with my finger on the pwr button to my cell.

    1. Eat lots of Plastic and high caffinated foods
    2. work long shifts >= 20 hours
    3. use code in normal sentences (see #2)
    4. make sure you work in a corner that is musty and dark
    5. don't get out much
    6. drive yourself to insanity and then ship/release product before you snap and go postal.
    i'm only to the 1st one and only halfway there...can't seem to injest plastic like others.

    You know...artists have this right to charge what ever they want for their music. If you were to steal the mona lisa and say its for the benifit of the artist...it think your wrong.

    But then again, the record industry isn't going to just go poor and pop off the face of the earth. CD's only cost like $.50 to make, yet they cost $16.95. From the figures i've heard...bands get very little of this. probably like $2-$3 per cd. I imagine a powerhouse like metallica can get way more.

    how are they finding the people? isn't there a privacy policy on napster?

    easiest way if you are served with a notice...go buy the albums. if you have the music recorded any where you have to have the album...this would be cheeper than getting sued...cuz its like software and you have to have a license.

    to metallica...what the hell happend to you guys...you used to be so hard core. and just when i thought...hey these guys are getting back to the fundimentals (S&M was cool) you do this. you are making people hate you. i didn't buy concert tickets just cuz of this.

    kirk hammet was on tv and he was talking about a bet that he made saying if they sold over 10 million albums, that he would give his porche to the producer(?). Come on...lay off the money dudes. Everyone loved you so much...at least i did...and now i'm not sure what to say.
