The architecture for this legacy code might be preventing anything new . How about use vector or streaming processor .Need to find compilers that would work with them.
How about some broadband for people on budgets. I am sick and tired of the gouging. Maybe we could create a private network thats affordable - $10-20 a month that can hadle TV and phones too. That would be sick.
