Maybe one of the reasons Clinton is about tied with Donald Trump is because the Clinton camp sounds like a bunch of lunatics ranting and raving about Russia. Trump works for Russia, Jill Stein works for Russia, the Intercept works for Russia...
David Brock seriously seems to have lifted his whole election strategy for Clinton from a crazy guy walking around Downtown Chicago wearing a sandwich board.
What if instead of making up conspiracy theories about Trump, they made valid critiques of Trump? Is it really that hard to criticize Donald Trump??? He's fucking Donald Trump, a bigoted lunatic! Yet Clinton is losing to him in some polls because the Democrats have decided they want to just act crazy instead of talking about reality.
I look for ways to volunteer my coding talents, even if it just means teaching poor kids. But I don't really find anything to do.
Whenever I fill out a form to volunteer tutoring, no one ever replies. And I've kind of looked for "good" open source projects. I haven't found much. This might be a terrible answer, but it seems the projects that would take on volunteers are in PHP, and I just really don't want to learn PHP when it's completely goofy and is probably not going to be around that much longer.
I'm religious or anything, but this is not only combining all religions, but all religiously affiliated things in the US. So that means all those hospitals that start with "St." That means a number of universities that seem pretty secular, but actually are actually owned by the Catholic Church. This doesn't just mean the money people put in the basket at Church.
So understand what this number is before you panic about it.
Peter Thiel intentionally bankrupted Gawker. He didn't probably didn't make money from the deal. The founder explained this is completely different. This start up helps you beat the game that a big company that gets sued plays in which it drags out the lawsuit causing the litigant to drop the case, even if their lawsuit is rightful. Nothing about the strategy is to bankrupt companies.
If Twitter doesn't nuke these accounts pretty quickly, we can be pretty sure they are test accounts. I mean 3 million botnets could easily destroy twitter.
I think very telling is this part: "It's like Twitter's registration process skipped 168 million IDs, and someone came back a few months later and used them." Yes. Twitter reserved them and used them. They are the only ones who can line up user names with ids like that.
15% on IE 8 just isn't typical. I believe most IE 8 usage is in China. But they are supporting jQuery 1.0 for you. But you are still mad because they made something for everyone else?
Bill Gates famously said: "As long as they're going to steal it, we want them to steal ours. They'll get sort of addicted, and then we'll somehow figure out how to collect sometime in the next decade."
I'm not a famous person and the memories in my head are of things that on a grand scale, are incredibly unimportant. If for whatever reason, an advanced species decided to simulate a universe, I can't see them deciding that they'd simulate it at the granularity that I exist.
When you keep in mind the laws of thermodynamics and information theory, it will probably never be the case that it is easy to put a super-detailed simulation of the universe in the universe.
So let me get this straight. Someone makes a shirt that associates Sanders with Stalin. Sanders, who is trying to win a presidential campaign, uses the same trademark laws that everyone else uses to make him stop doing it. Think of the children!!
You can find some really great Twitter and Facebook accounts to get high curated news and analysis. And you can subscribe to incredible podcasts like Democracy Now! and Belabored and keep up with all the news you want. And then you can go argue with people with different views than you and learn what they think and what they've been reading.
If you want to, you can supplement that with junk when you want to rest your brain. Or you can just watch tv.
But giving people access to the "good" information is a big win even if they also are able to consume entertainment as well. In the end, the Internet users that didn't want to use the Internet to become better informed just didn't want to become better informed by any medium. People who only care about celebrity news were just going to watch tv instead.
If he did amateur scientific experiments or research, he'd be an amateur scientist. He is more of an amateur engineer, if you'd call him that. Not to knock him, but I'd probably just call him a guy who builds cool stuff.
For a long time, labor was scared to ask for higher minimum wages because of the specters of automation and offshoring. Guess what happened? We reached a point at which automation and offshoring started happening at a break-neck pace anyway.
It makes sense that people are now demanding higher wages. Even if automation happens faster, it's already happening pretty fast, so it's only a matter of a few years anyway.
Also, John Maynard Keynes taught us that higher wages lead to higher spending and spurs the economy on.

So what happens if they just like don't do it? Nothing?
By 2050, I'm going to elected The Most Awesome Super Stud in USA. Wadda think about that? Who wants to do a press release for me?

I'm not a Clinton supporter and I don't think you have to trust her or the main stream media. But that is a wacko right wing site.

The signiture feature is lamdbas for easier functional programming. Other goodies are nice but the lamdbas are the best new feature.
Did I say it first to get the 5?

They mean someone downloaded their spreadsheet. Because a spreadsheet is an analytics program.
Yeah, you have to wait, that is ES7.

Cars are powered by gasoline, or battery-supplied electricity, or even natural gas. But they will NEVER be powered by software.
Bill Gates famously said: "As long as they're going to steal it, we want them to steal ours. They'll get sort of addicted, and then we'll somehow figure out how to collect sometime in the next decade."
Well I guess he figured it out!
Clinton Foundation went from watchlist, to "we don't how to evaluate such an odd foundation". http://nypost.com/2015/04/26/c...
Also very clear that some rather non-benevolent people gave them money for favors from the state department.

She ignored violence against union members in Columbia for a bribe. Charming.

What the fuck is wrong with Clinton supporters like this? It's so disgusting, I wonder if David Brock wrote it himself.

Sanders campaign isn't completely carbon neutral? Sanders campaign used closed source software?

He might have Jewish heritage. (Although it's not clear that is even the case.) But that doesn't make him a Jew, as Judaism is a religion.
This could potentially destroy the international drug trade. I know it's not designed for created highs, but it could most certainly be used for that.
