Client-side obfuscation is a great idea, but trusting some website's Javascript isn't good enough. Not everyone knows how to inspect source code for hidden fields. This would be best implemented as browser feature or plug-in, so you use the same code to obfuscate forms every time, and it's made by people independant of the surveying website.

That statement is a symptom of the annoying and pervasive lie, spread mostly now by Apple but believed by way too many people, that any computer is either a "PC" with and Intel chip running Windows, or a Mac. This bothers me because PC means "personal computer," which to me means any laptop or desktop computer, regardless of architecture or operating system. Also, there are choices other than Windows or Mac OS, and many of them can be run on either x86 or Mac hardware. Apple is spreading lies and pretending that their operating system is the only alternative to Windows.

This is from the OSNews KDE article:
"I believe that the biggest problem in this dialog, and a bit laughable from a UI point of view, is the redundancy of the "Home Directory". In this dialog, it is accessible from three different locations as you can see from the screenshot."
What's wrong with three Home buttons? Having important things in several locations is excellent design. To (roughly) quote Homer Simpson: "I want horns here, here, and here, because I can never find one when I'm mad. And they should all play La Cucaracha."

AG is effectively dead even at this moment (EVERY song has the infamous "X" logo next to it instead of the satellite dish.

Not quite. The musicians who already have agreements with AG still have songs up for download. The most famous example I can find is Jimmy Eat World. All of their music is downloadable.

Yes, I have noticed this. I don't know why it doesn't get more attention, because it's very annoying.

After looking around the ADTI web site, it's obvious that the organization is just a thinly veiled Republican back-scratcher. I doubt anyone really cares what ADTI thinks.

99% isn't a lot. Maybe it's just an arbitrary percentage you used to make your point, I dunno. In my experience, however, any weirdo cheap four-year-old device on any of my computers will work with Linux, and will have trouble in Windows.
