  1. didn't get the point, i guess? on Taken? · · Score: 1

i guess everyone missed the big fat christ-type story going on. throughout the series you can draw parralels to events in the bible. also, the whole "it was too much like other alien movies". it was supposed to be. the people saw what they wanted to see. that's why everything seemed like a cliche, more or less.

i was just trying to start on the math for it... it'd be a day with just two other machines involved, assuming you didn't have them doing redundant scans. coded right, after the first few machines, it might be a matter of an hour or two to scan and and infiltrate all vulnerable hosts. anyone feel like doing the math thing? i'm a lazy bastard.

Sorry, but as it is my understanding, we (America) stood by while the people we now call Israelies did what the Palestinians are doing now, so many years ago. The Israelies did worse, when they were the ones without a real country. If you want to find out about all this, TLC or Discovery ran a very well informed special on the subject.

I still pay $35 a month for my cable modem service. Started at 1.5Mbps, but they have recently raised it to 2.9Mbps. Just in some areas, though. If you have less than ten people on your node, as far as I can tell.
