Being from Nigeria myself, I can tell you first hand the the deficit has cost many people much stress. Just yesterday, Mr. Sgumundee Biannshew, Nigeria's Financial Minister, died from the stress over this issue. In fact, Mr. Biannshew left a large amount of money in a trust for his family, but it is at risk of falling into the hands of government auditors who have been assigned to close his office while his replacement is decided by local election. Mrs. Biannshew, my cousin by birth, has asked me to find a kind and honest soul who would be willing to participate in helping secure her late husband's savings to a protected overseas account.

Mrs. Biannshew has assured me she is willing to share the bulk amount, which at this time, is USD$40,000,000.00, with anyone that can assist in protecting her family's future. I can see from your dialog that you are a kind and caring individual, Sir, and if you would be so bold as to join our quest, I can state now that your portion of this trust, $10,000,000.00, will be given to you promptly, in exchange for your grand kindness in assisting. Please forward your banking information, assuming you wish to commit, as soon as possible, to me, so that your opportunity and Mr. Biannshew's family's future, can be secured.

While a casual definition of unique may be allowed, or even encouraged in water cooler chit/chat, such usage in a 'report' can lead to generalizations and subjective conclusions on otherwise valid data. Why wrap your (specific) data in general terms...not much point, and most people know better than to trust it. An 'opinion' does not a 'report' make.
