    You interested in land for food raising? Can get you as much as you want for in the $100 to $200 an acre. This is land that you can earn a profit from with minimal work, you will be hiring a staff of workers.
    The problem is not the amount of land for food raising it is getting the people who want to do the work.

    The tenants were notified in June that this was going to happen. They were later notified that no leases would be extended and if the leases expired in September they had to be out by then. People with monthly leases also had to be out by then.
    This left some people who had leases until December and a few that just stuck around. The ones with the leases until December are in a court lawsuit currently over the level of inaction the management company provided in not fixes issues and with removal of services.
    So what additional protection should they have? I live in Germany and three months is what I can expect for notification.

    Texas state law is that cities can set the terms up to certain limits. Austin has decided not to set many limits.

    Unfortunately that is the skill level of the majority of the security people, and 98% of those with a CISSP. The rest say lets review the security policies and make sure those capability are turned off.

  7. Computer degrees need to get away from being tied into the math/science departments. The majority of computer "science" degree holders would be better served by having a focus on business focused math classes and a few "science" classes dealing.
    Was just looking through an intro class book for a computer degree and they still spend a large portion dealing with hex and binary math. How many people have really used hex and binary math, in a professional position, to the extent that you need to have spend hours learning and memorizing it?
    I ever so often have to use binary math and convert that into decimal because of some need to filtering security permission. That is rare and even if I through I remembered everything I would bring up a calculator because I would not be sure I remembered everything.

    Or just go to all the various liberal websites that deal with politics and you can find articles of them talking about voter fraud with Bush. Since Democrats are claiming voter fraud resulted in a fraudulent presidential election then it is something that should be stopped.

    It has been a long time since I have played with a Wii but from what I remember they did not have a camera/motion detection interface. They had controllers with motion detection, which came with every device.
    As such they are not in the same category as the Kinect, playstation move or Oculus rift in being optional devices.

    So how do they plan to deal with tourists? None of the articles mention them.
    I have a German bank card with chip and that generates a foreign transaction fee each time I use it for foreign currency, which is not good when you are tourist and making small purchases. Then I have an American bank cards, no chip, where the on-line banks eats the foreign transaction fee, with a limit per month. However I run into a lot of places that have issues because of the no-chip.*

    *Yes according to visa/mastercard/eurocard terms places are required to accept both but then there is reality.

    They are set to the local, or in some places centralized, police offices. It is used by the police to see where you are from and do some tracking.

    Since he is the owner of the LLC he can have it invest, research, pay, etc as allowed by the laws of the LLC. He does not get a have the LLC to give him money back. If the does that it would be the LLC paying him and we would have to pay income taxes on it.
    What it does allow him to do is decide to research any pet project he has an interest in and not have to pay the capital gains tax.
    This is not something like the Clinton Foundation which is setup as a slush fund for Bill Hillary and Chelsea.

    NPR has a radio show "TED Talk radio show" which takes the best of them and extracts the best parts. It then mixes in interview questions and more detail background information on the subject.

    Less than that since the money you have to start paying a percent back on is 2-3 time the poverty level. So in your example the person would have 15% on $36,000 or $157,500 after 30 years. At $5,250 a year that is not that much to fork over for the far higher salary that you would otherwise never earned.
    With a four year degree costing around $96,000 that is not that high of a return for investors. So in the case of this person that one of the better investments.

    Those schools would be equivalent to community colleges in the USA, and in most of those countries you still have to pay a fee for each semester.
    If you check the prices of your local community college you will find that price wise they are about equivalent to what is being offered in other countries. The extra amount could easily be paid off by working a job or do as I did and work a full time job which allowed me time for taking classes.
