I live in Europe and that is not the case.
Just look at Ryanair, a Europe only airlines, you see the price advertised for a low price however you you go and select it you see the addition costs for fee and taxes. Ok, select that now you get hit up for fees for not using their credit card, and if you want to check in luggage and a few other hidden fees. So so select all of those and purchase your ticket, now with all those hidden taxes and fees.
Now you get the notification you have to do a self check in on-line, and if you don't do that a few days before the flight they are going to charge you an extra fee to check in at the airport.
Also had it happen on the train. Purchased a ticket and reservation and when they came through I had to pay an extra fee for being on an express train, never mind I already had the ticket and a reservation. If I did not want to pay this hidden extra cost I would be ejected at the next stop and they would reissue me tickets for the next non-express train.

  3. Wrong again, sensationalized yet again. on Give Us Your Personal Data Or Pay Full Fare · · Score: 2

What the summary talks about is something that could happen based on ideas from the trade industry that covers travel agency.
Now the reason travel agencies are upset is because airlines are switching to a system where if you order your ticket from the airline web site you can purchase extra deals which are not available if you purchase some site like expedia or travelocity.
For example one airline just switched to a system where for $68 you get a luggage check on, and you can change your date and time for no additional cost. If you purchased it through the travel agency site you just have the option to pay $50 for the check luggage and if you want to change date or time it costs $150. All prices USD.
So in a way they are correct if people switch to using the airline web site to order tickets they will get to know your age, sex, address, email and travel history but the travel agencies are already collecting this.

Under the old system you had multiple levels of places you could sue to make the insurance company pay if it was covered and the people who initially defined if it was experimental are people outside the insurance company usually a panel of doctors approved by your state.
The death panels under the new system are a one panel for everyone which you cannot sue to change, you can get it changed by a 3/5 supermajority vote of congress.
You will still not get coverage for experimental procedures but now you don't have a realistic way of getting that changed and you have no realistic way of getting payment if it is done in error.
Give me the system where the private company looks at everything to see what they have to pay, and keep costs down, and there is then a system to get them to pay if there is an error vs this new system where some public secret organization decides if they should pay and are still doing it to keep costs down.

You need to read into the numbers to find out why you are wrong. There are two main problems with USA life expectancy numbers:
    1) The US starts the clock one a breath is made by the child. Other European countries use weight, length, and some other factors to determine when life starts. With the US saving so many premature and all of them counting when they die from being so premature it lowers the US numbers. Also death counting is different, US counts all people who die on its soil for other countries they don't count non-citizens.
    2) To many foreigner who were born in poorer countries. The countries you have listed and other with higher life expectancy have one thing in common fewer percentage of people who were born outside of that country or were born in poor countries.
Look at charts to see life expectancy from ages 5,25,50,75 and that listing changes.

What Israel did was close all border crossing on its side, because of terrorist using it to be able to attack citizen in Israel. Egypt soon followed but there was no treaty requiring it, they did so because they saw what Hamas was bring through and out of diplomatic friendship.

    2) Once it leaves a volcano it is no longer counted in most reports. So that smoking ash once it leaves the the volcano it ceases to be counted even those it does not cease to generate emissions.
    3) If a volcano sets a tree on fire the emissions from the tree is not counted.
    4) That the tree is gone does not count continue to count against volcanoes; however if you as an "evil human" cut down a tree that the tree is gone continues to count until the area has been replanted.
