Also any bombing attacks against NK would have problem getting support. NK would probably not launch against the USA until they have a large number of nuclear weapons. Once they have them they warn SK, Japan and any countries housing USA military that the missiles will be used against them if they support the USA. At this point you have problems and it will take a long time for countries to provide support or allow aircraft to fly in thier territories.
Former company I worked for would pay for any certificate I got that was related to my job, however I had to study on my own time. They just considered it part of the education fund that everyone had a max amount per year.
Current company will not pay for any but will give me time off to take the test and some time to study.

The database can then produce reports for the school and be used for tracking the status of the student.

Companies are allowed limited access to the data and only at a high level if they are providing services and teaching material. So a company could have a product that is aimed at students doing poor in math but high in science and they would be able to identify that a school has such students and tell the school about their product.

They usually referenced as scavengers eating the bodies of the dead or things such as that; or reference that a person who so bad off that only the dogs would clean his wounds. There are also references in the Bible as them as guard dogs or working as work dogs.
Now the koran does mark them as unclean and the few places that you see them in the middle east, outside of Israel, they are often treated very badly. When seen they are usually as guard dogs or as work dogs.

This was not a law against pollution, the person who wrote the article the summary links to stole falsified that information. The original article he decided to copy the material for "his own" article used the river incident as an example of how unmanned drones photographing other people property could be good. However the original article mentions that this law would not of affected this case since it happened on public property. Unfortunately instead of a useful article we get a link to a site that prefers to lie about items and steal article items from other sites.

Swartz went out of his way to break the law because he did not agree with it, that he disagreed with it does not make it political. It just make him a lawbreaker who did not respect the rights of the people who created the material.

The Nobel prize gave up being there for reputation years ago, before giving it to President Obama, it is totally about getting the money and getting your name in the news by people who still think there is some reputation to the name.
The major casinos have been lobbing FOR on-line gambling, while they figure they will loss money from people going to the casinos they have said they are already loosing people to indian casinos. They have also said they expect to make money compared to companies like full tilt,etc since they would be more trusted since they are regulated in the states and have physical buildings.
The gambling interests that have been against it are state lottery officials since they see on-line gambling as a potential competitor to state run lotteries.

Actually the 75 year is not made up it is number of years that for ACCOUNTING purposes they have to figure future liabilities. It is NOT how long they have to fund benefits.

The reason are screens are getting bigger all the time and with them being bigger they have to sit back farther from the user. Then you have to use the touch screen you have to move from your normal arm position.
I can see it for users that run a program that is more like a kiosk but alot of them already have touch screens and don't need a generic OS.

What he took was not public domain documents. Some parts of the JSTOR database are public domain documents and are accessible to the public.
