If it's okay for non citizens to vote it must be okay for former citizens to vote? Just because some one is dead, brain dead, or fictional they must not be denied any 'rights' in the U.S.A. The plans called for the steel beams to be wrapped in asbestos. By the time construction was in prgogree the use of asbestos was banned. Blow on insulation was used. Much of the blow on insulation got blowed off, the rest did not have the properties required to portect the structure from a prologed exposure to fire.

But poorly. I never saw a digital camera from Kodak that I would want to use, let alone purchase. -- I had use of a few of their film cameras years ago, none were great. I think they were able to sell the cameras cheaper than other companies because they owned the tech for the film and it's packaging format. Other than the cheap point and shoot market I never saw Kodak compete well against any other camera company. -- Loved the film though.... I bought my first digital camera (Pentax) thinking it would make a nice backup to my various film SLR's. I was wrong, I never bought film again.
Shark Skin is not smooth, but it has low friction in a fluid, in one direction. I recall seeing a promo video from a company that applied such a surface to an Americas Cup boat hull. Possibly what you are thinking of.
