No, Carrasco is not that stupid. The Seattle politicians are THAT stupid, they are a first surface reflection of the voters. The prices in Seattle are a leftover from hydro projects completed decades ago. Washington/Seattle politicians and SCL are eroding that resource and shifting the monies to their pet constituents. And the local press is the fat cheerleader.
Schools not teaching, graduating kids that never learned to read or write but did learn how to put a condom on a banana (a very useful skill if you are approached by a sexually aggressive banana)..... Police doing everything but serving or protecting? Send them more money, the unions say it's the only logical approach here in pretend it'll get better world..
