    a picture of my mother falls under copyright. my mother has a say in it if someone publishes that. The copyright on the characters Jezus, Mary and god have long since disappeared, since the authors died more than 1000 years ago. Now if the bible was written by Walt Disney, copyright would have been extended several times by now, and we'd see cases of unlicenced christianity. //rdj

    which makes them less productive and less willing to work for that company. This makes life hard for the company. which is most likely what they set out to do, because the senders most likely feel wronged. it's a perfectly legit way to screw a company if they've screwed you.

    if there's REALLY a lot of complaints, they most likely have a grain of truth.. in which case I feel not a shred of remorse. That's how the market works, unfortunately. to get things done, hit a company in the wallet. //rdj

    well... I see a good side. becauyse the one thing that will not be flagged is.. Ads! so we have lots of flagged content, and we have unflagged ads. so we just turn it round, record what's flagged, skip what's not, TADA! thank you for a wonderful spamfilter.. //rdj

    yeah.. I've noticed the same(I'm also both programmer and tech-support).. you never hear how well something works.. you just get the problems..

    except for one client that is.. who has actually called about how good it was. Does wonders, that. And the programmer will be a lot mote inclined to try just that little extra.. //rdj

    1) a EULA is a contract of sorts.
    2) a contract isn't valid if all signers arent in a sound state of mind (or whatever that's called in english)
    3) keep a bottle of scotch handy. drink before accepting any EULA.

    yes, so was I..struck me as strange too, but it works.
    [table][tr][form][td][input][/td][/form][/ tr][/tab le] is incorrect, but
    [form][table][tr][td][input][/td][/tr][/table][/ fo rm]
    IS correct..

    the form tag is incorrectly placed in the first example, input tags are, according to validator, outside of a valid form which makes'em wrong.
