    The most sensible propositions are "it is news for nerds" and "it is stuff that matters. The logical conjunction therefore is "it is news for nerds and it is stuff that matters." Which clearly is not fulfilled if it is not news for nerds.

    Actually the Holocaust wasn't against a religious target. It was against a "race" (because Hitler considered Jews to be a race). It didn't help you if you had never been of Jewish religion. All what counted was if you had Jewish ancestors. It was pure racism, only tangentially related to religion.

    I'm against outlawing speech. I am for outlawing the religious. Unfortunately I'd be the one in the camp because 99% of the world is part of the former. There isn't a camp that could be created large enough for this group.

    They won't see earth-rises. Remember, the moon always shows us (approximately) the same side, which means that as seen from the moon, the earth will always be (approximately) at the same place in the sky.

    Well, as soon as they have lunar radio telescopes, and due to that a regular traffic to the moon, soon there will be people who want to live up there. They will claim it would be a violation of their freedom rights if they are not allowed to live up there. They will of course claim they are absolutely OK with all the restrictions because of the radio telescopes.

    Then, after the moon homes are established, sooner or later they'll no longer be OK with the restrictions.

    Amazon would never be so ineffective. They certainly would file several patents on this: One for rotating an object in order to get it seated, and another one for stopping the rotation at the point where it is seated, both with subclauses for the case that the object is a light bulb, that the place it is put into is a light bulb socket, and that the direction of rotation is clockwise (and to be on the safe side, also a subclause for the case where you put it in by counter-clockwise rotation). Then two further patents for removing the old light bulb. In addition, one on selecting the correct light bulb for the socket. Not to forget the patent for the method of detecting when a light bulb has to be replaced by checking if light is emitted by it when a voltage is applied.
