    Of course. Thatis why is is important during human development that the infant has huge cognitive constraints (e.g. low working memory) in language learning; it limits the number of possible pairings of label and meaning. Of course, constraints can also be an impediment.

    Well on NPR today Google was introducing software to monitor your home electricity usage so, I call BS on their stated non-intentions.

    BTW, Google knowing energy usage patterns is WAY to INTRUSIVE for my tastes.

    Past frequency does not predict future frequency if the causal context changes. How can this be denied?

    I didn't express a position on the current state of the world. I said 'back it up' to the poster.

    The fact is that contexts do change. Some weapons are extremely dangerous, and disruptive.

    It is always easier to destroy than to protect.

    The accusations against me and my intelligence are unfounded.

    I am not an alarmist. I try to be rather pragmatic.

    Back that up.

    Past frequency does not tell us much about future frequency when the context changes. For example, if a terrorist group has a nuke, will previous frequency data still apply?

    I think not.

    I agree. You know the main reason there is over-medication of the poor is probably the rate that poor clinics see people. 5-10 minutes with a doctor results in the easiest solution.

    Each slice is fixed in gelatin. Remarkably, it doesnt get damaged as the slice gets crumpled up.
