Me and 3.5 million of my peers are now firmly addicted to WoW--but we still must eat, drink, and take biological breaks. The only thing that might make me forgo these little trifles of carbon-based life is an in-game weather system.
Are there any firm plans of introducing weather into the game? (e.g. Dust storms in Tenaris; Snow storms in Winterspring; Rain showers in the Wetlands; etc.)
I just sent a message (not an invite) from my Gmail account to my Hotmail account, and though it ended up in my "Junk Folder," it did arrive safe and sound.
most software (certainly all games coming out now) have not only minimal requirements, but also recommended minimums. if you're in the market to purchase a new video card soon and you're a gamer, look at the recommended minimum for the games about to be released and purchase to that specification. likewise for other applications.
i'm still running a geforce 64mb card and it handles most graphics just fine. as games progress, i'm starting to notice that i need to turn down the highest level of detail settings, but not so much that my game play experience is negatively affected.
One MMORPG that is in beta right now, Neocron (www.neocron.com) is considering using in-game advertisements in order to generate revenue. The setting for the game is futuristic (though based on a 21st century environment), so the idea would be to have billboards in-game advertising to the target audience of the users (e.g., hardware / software manufacturers).
While I'm not too keen on having my online gaming experience intruded upon by ads from AMD or NVIDIA, I might be willing to overlook the real-world intrusion if the monthly fee is lowered (or non-existent).

Gaudere's Law: Any post made to point out a spelling or grammar error will invariably contain a spelling or grammar error.

Makes me wonder what the prison block full of people who have committed cyber-crimes would be like.
Subdued?
Rowdy?
Walls covered in burlesque code humor instead of lymrics?
