Currently the World Radio Confernce is meeting in Europe and it is removing the morse code test requiremnet from the International Treaty.
Hopefully in a few months there will be no morse code test at all for ham radio in America.

The founders of the Telegen corporation just won a big ruling against Network Solutions over a domain name.

Apparently Scott Peterson's legal defense team has found out that the Satanic cult that murdered Laci Peterson is actually SCO, SCO=Satan's Cult Org, and has issued subpoenas to compel SCO to produce documents and the location of all SCO members at the time of Laci's disappearance.

Obviously you have never lived in California or other States. The fact that State of Oregon has less revenue means less government. It looks like this January it will get even smaller because of the deficit and I doubt if a majority is going to vote for a Income tax increase.
Well we here in Oregon don't allow the government to tax the sale or use of anything. It help keeps the government small and helps by letting businesses sell items for lower cost.

All he had to do is allow connections for port 25 from his IP, be it 127.0.0.1 or whatever IP address he uses and have the firewall reject/deny any other connections on that port from all other IP addresses. You can do this with zonealarm in Win9x and sysgate.
