    actually, there are flexible composite concretes, some that even self-heal if stressed to cracking. And of course maybe 3D printing around support system could allow reinforced concrete printing. We're talking about research for future tech, what an old civil engineer would complain about might have no relevance at all if new materials and methods used. Advancement of civilization is all about new materials and new methods of using them.

    reinforced concrete shears wonderfully. nothing to say you can't 3rd print with internal equivalent of rebar caging system, which perhaps also is automatically assembled or perhaps also 3rd formed

    means *much* more than copying codes for the developer, adjudication systems have very complicated rule-building systems, claim-filing and office management system also have many things tied to categories. And as patient, that means the number of reasons an insurance company can delay then deny your claim just went exponentially larger. Based on my two decades experience with the industry, I predict a train wreck.

    Just to clarify, ICD-10 is maintained by the WHO. The clinical modifications to the ICD-10 in the USA are known as "US ICD-10 CM".

    Easy, since that statement is not a universal negative. We can't prove the non-existence of things outside the observable universe, or the non-existence of things before the Big Bang. Those are areas of space-time off limits to our scientific inquiry.

    proving a universal negative is impossible. even worse, the tiny fraction of the universe we can *ever* hope to observe is something like one part in 10^26 of the estimated total. most of the universe could even be radically different than our "observable" one.

    I did not conflate the two types of "free". As soon as I have to pay Microsoft money to "license" their software to make something, I lose freedom and moreover am in legal danger as some developers who tried to add cool features to Microsoft products have found to their hurt. With Free Software I get both kinds of free. As for implementing C#, been done but won't compile this code for some mysterious reason.

    you haven't put Windows on cutting-edge hardware then, certain HP blades and proliant crashed with windows unless "smart start" used which put in special drivers

    HA, look at all the parrots chirping "singularity".....it is NOT written in C#, has C and assembly for its lowest levels (of course), is NOT production worthy, is basically a school science project. You can't write a serious operating system in C#
