    it is still an open question in law whether states are immune from copyright infringement, however the federal government of the U.S. is immune. But whatever power and dangers exist apply to closed as well as open source softwares in that regard, in theory the government could assume ownership and control of any code.

    but recent gcc can't be removed with future patent or other legal claims restricting use or rights that exist now. GPL 3 license forbids it

    no big deal, investor's newsletter might give glowing recommendation of MIcrosoft's stock and use that abbreviation also. they have lots of cash, they make lots of money. they plan to charge even more money for their wares which run 97% the world's computers. M$ makes sense.

    high tension lines typically use aluminium, and the single wire earth returns usually use steel. but moving power over a thousand miles normally is wasteful even though there are a few places in the world where it is done.

    I don't develop on Microsoft's platforms for my company. I written wares and been project lead for development teams for Unix and Linux servers that have had uptime in years.

    Our windows (XP sp3) desktops at work regularly get infected with malware that slow or make useless services such as Exchange, but I have no such issues with my GNU/Linux desktop or laptop there. Your denial of reality of Microsoft's poor quality and robustness and suitability for business use is incredible. Besides, what alternatives have you yourself used. Since the late 80s I've worked professionally on desktops from Apple, IBM, MIcrosoft, SunOS and Solaris, SGI, NeXT, DEC. I also use GNU/Linux, OpenBSD and FreeBSD. When someone like me criticizes a vendor's product, it actually means something.

    hahaha, my company is run on Microsoft server wares (server 2008, exchange, sharepoint, ms-sql) maintained by certified Microsoft engineers. Bad things happen quite often, services become unavailable, malware causes downtime, heavy load causes crashes. You should work for Microsoft marketing as you want to put lipstick on pigs.

    it says nothing of the kind, all the measurements in that verse were to nearest cubit. And suppose it even had given dimensions to the thousandths of a cubit, that still would not produce a correct exact value for pi, would also be an approximation.
