It's only worthless when it's recovered. Your bills should not devalue like that unless the bill is done away with altogether. A bill from 1960 is probably removed from circulation once it hits a bank, but you would still be able to use it to purchase things anywhere.

While I understand the artist is losing money, it just goes to further out the fact that the recording industry is still engaging in practices that worked when they had the market cornered.

The worst culprit is YouTube. As far as I know YouTube is one of the best when it comes to compliance. They are not responsible for content posted by users, nor is it feasible for them to police content. As far as them being the biggest offender I was under the assumption that if I posted a video with Alan Parson Project as the background music I am fully allowed to use it under "Fair Use", as long as I'm not making a profit.

To a certain degree? The only thing easier about maintaining my current network, mixture of FOSS and ADUC/Exchange is that it's easier to create a user account. Instead of 4 systems it's 1 system that gets propagated to the rest. Otherwise it's just as tedious if not more. I'd rather solve a problem by looking at syslog or messages than trying to decipher an event log about App hang 0x0000012C in pick-your.dll.

For the record used to be complete FOSS with NT4 handling Windows auth, we got an update/upgrade. Glad to see the NT box go.

I can attest to this. My child was going in a Title III elementary school. We moved to another district with a higher socioeconomic ratio the school was Title I. Within 2 months she got put into AP classes. Fast forward to today, she's in High School in the Academy program. Had we still let her continue at the Title III school I've no doubt she would be in normal classes and at best an average student. At least 4 times during her time at the Tittle III school she was referred to the AP program of her school but due to funding/teachers leaving she never got accepted. Most of the time the AP teachers were leaving the school. The turn over for AP teachers was 1 per year. All the while this school pushed teaching the kids what they needed to know to keep the score of the school up during SOL's so they could keep their funding next year. As a result my daughter never learned to write in cursive, so we have been teaching her for the last few years.

This is why I'm firmly against basing a school on a standardized test. They will create a curriculum based around it and the tests questions vs teaching the kids anything of actual value.

Plus if it's the controller you like there are PC software interfaces that allow you to use console controllers. If it's hackers or cheats your fear, well they are on every gaming platform.
