Since at least 90% of early HD-DVD adopters probably don't have all the necessary hardware to do this conversion, and the time and money involved, especially considering blu-ray media costs, is at least eqaul to buying the movie, maybe it would make sense to continue to watch your HD-DVD movies on your HD-DVD player or just buy the movie on blu-ray if you like it that much.
Yeah, Yeah, you shouldn't have to buy the same movie twice. That is the cost of being an early adopter.
Wifi Radio wont catch on until it's truly portable, i.e. you can listen to it in your car like satellite radio, and that wont happen until WiFi is everywhere and that wont happen until cities start funding WiFi municipally and that wont happen. At least not if Verizon, et al. have their way.
The difference between disposable and classic is age. My three year old PC is disposable. My 15 year old PC is a classic and goes for $9,000 on Ebay.
The difference between disposable and classic isn't just age, but period. Your 15 year old computer is worth someting because it was one of the first of it's kind. If you try to sell the computer you own today 15 years from now it wont be worth crap.
One thing I haven't seen answered yet is what is going to happen to composer when when Firebird/Thunderbird take over. Is it going to be released as a stand alone application as well? I use it all of the time and I'd hate to see it go.
The same question goes for the irc client too, even though I don't use it.

Of course they do.
But animal-rights groups also realize that everyone isn't going to eating chicken anytime soon, and since the birds are going to be killed no matter what, they would prefer it to be done as humanely as possible.
You do realize that even people on death row have to be killed humanely, right?
The Fusion has 5 blades.

Russia has until June 1st, 2007 to come into compliance, according to TFA.
If you bother to RTFA it says in the first paragraph this poll was commissioned by a pro Blu-ray group.
I wonder how a HD-DVD backed poll would have turned out (oh wait, no I don't).
