    Holy pent up anger Batman.

I think I phrased my post wrong, because I seemed to have angered a lot of zealots, and perhaps "pointless" was too pungent a term.

What I did mean to impose was that an n-tier application could not be achieved, while working for many situations (some very broad at that) does limit what can ultimately be done, compared to say JSP or Perl.

But you seem the judgemental type so i'm sure my civilty here is lost on you.

PHP still doesn't have Remote Object calls correct?

Its pointless for all but smaller sites, businesses can't use it without remote calls.

Diamonds have been over priced for years, are marked up higher than any other jewel specifically because of the engagement ring tradition, and are about as time-honored as Valentines day. If you're just picking up on this now, I have a bridge I'd like to sell you.

You say you've never seen one, and then you say they suck!?! If you had watched one, and then said personally you didn't like it; you'd be fine in my book. Instead you make idiotic blanket statements that assume everyone feels the same as you. Go burn some Harry Potter books, you uninformed socialist.
