    But why are laws easier for corps, compared to humans.

    If you as a person, has income outside the country, then said country, can still damn tax you for it.

    If your taxman taxes you 45% of foreign income in your yearly tax return, then why are the rules so much less/cheaper for corporations.

    The man on the street wants his taxes at 2%.
    Btw, presonal income taxes are new since WW1, and were meant to pay for WW1, so , we have paid for it, now turn off the taxes, thieves.

    The govt wont do anything to hurt apples stock.

    They rather own billions of stock, than get 1/100th in taxes.

    one fact, out of 7 billion humans, the majority are poor, the majority will use android phones as they cost $50USD. None except rich top 1% will use iOS.

    So 5 billion android users, vs 1-2 billion iOS.

    Apple has no chance.

    95% of the intel cpus are not even made for IA64, its all RISC style microcode.

    And only a small front end decodes IA64/32 into microcode, kind of like a JIT bytecode engine, so in theory, intel could make a small frontend for ARM, and thus make all intel cpus naturally ARM compatible, or PPC if they wanted to be the next supplier of CPUs to XBOX and PS4 , they could make a special i7 with a PPC IS decoder to internal microcode. And if it could swap between two sets in runtime even better.

    90% of my software is made in the last 2 years.
    I have very few binaries dated 2007, let alone pre 2000. I have no legacy crap I need. true legacy can run in a VM if needed.

    Anything that old is totally obsolete.

    But old libraries and apis were much smaller and thus take little overhead if remapped under new frameworks.

    I wouldnt mind a clothes printer, even if it has to tell me by voice, to place each cloth in manually.

    Example for 3d printers would be better if there were a larger library of 3d objects. Like printing a missing jigsaw piece to a puzzle, or printing iphone cases.

    Yeah, just the increase in prices for everything, wind back to 2001, and the after tax money thats left over, after bills, and housing, we used to have $700 more per month compared to now, so we are $8400 worse off per year.

    Theres only so much penny pinching and cutting back that can be done, can't live on rice and water like a prisoner, just to break even to 2001.

    Why not a single layer interface that abstracts your access to the DB, so that it could be changed in future if LINQ turns out shit and dosnt scale, or if you move to redis or memcache.

    Heres a question, if .NET is so great, why isnt 99% of the windows GUI and desktop + IE + non speed critical code written all in C# ? Didnt MS abort converting 90% of the OS to .NET ?
