    What the govts want is for local power generation demand to be reduced, even if it costs MORE in oil to ship the CFLs.

    Thats just a monetary cost by the consumer thats a one time cost, and there after, its an ongoing lower demand for power. Which the govts like to do because they know they cannot generate more for all those millions of extra immigrants.

    Thats the hidden agenda.

    "Oh sorry, we want a 20% increase in population for economic benefits to corporates, but we dont want to spend billions in expanding the infrastructure of all cities"

    You can still make 3.5 trucks of gold, it just doesnt have to be drivable or as solid. Its engine could be smaller, and its frame could be thinner.

    Ofcourse theres no glass windows, or wheels, so you can still if you tried build a truck thats shapped the same, but thinner out of gold, not drivable, but looks like it. Its not hard to make thin sheets of gold, but it might bend, so its not practical.

    But the guys point was, equal to the weight of 3.5 trucks.

    They should have called the shots and made em all USB2 in 2008, even tho that would leave millions of older Wiis slow versions.

    Its a waste to use a HTPC for SD, but if you must it can be done. Tho I have spend far less than 400 on my htpc, the cheapest MB + E1200 CPU + 2gig ram and old 120 HD, with a great 9600nvidia card runs damn well, on par to PS3 or better quality in HD.
    If you exclude the spare/old PC case + old HD/dvd-rw. The PC cost far less than a Wii.
