What on earth are you on about? The language has nothing to do with threading, thats down to the OS. The pthreads API on unix scales to any number of threads and if the threads arn't being spread evenly among cores than thats down to a problem in the OS kernel , not the C library.
Also I suspect Erlang is a managed language and would therefor probably be pretty hopeless when used for multi process as opposed to multi threaded.

Well yes, obviously digital has to be converted to an analog format at some point , but in this case its the type of data being transmitted that matters. Besides which, digital transmission rarely uses AM and uses FM in a far more complicated way that analog radio. There is also phase modulation.
AFAIK however its only used for digital transmission where you can do a lot of signal processing. I don't think it would work well with analog - look what happens on AM at night.
However SFNs are used with the DAB digital radio system in europe.
I remember being at school in the late 80s and mentioning to a friend that one say the data on a CD will probably be stored in in RAM (not my idea, I'd read it in a technical mag). So in effect you have to learn 3 languages (2 above + HTML) , including how they interact and obtuse DOM system before you can do anything useful. And then we have HTML5 and the god awful canvas object interface. I feel sorry for the kids, BASIC would be a better choice.
