Obviously you don't understand what pay is. If you want, I can give you links to microsoft's site, so you can download IE and WMP too. I would hate to hear that you had to buy IE and WMP. Can you honestly tell me that after you buy the OS you really want to pay for a web browser and a media center as well? If they didn't bundle it, they would charge you for it. Microsoft is a company out to make profit. If they thought that they could make more money by selling their products piece by piece, THEY WOULD!

I am happy to see the FSB go up as well. If the chip will only over clock by a small margin, then they could have simply just increased the quality control of the chips to ensure function at the higher bus speed. Why point out the incredibly obvious when the merely obvious will do?

DVDs are great, but it is the concept of a digital medium that can be viewed multiple times that is key. With the advancements in optical technology, DVDs will be around, but their form may change. Holographic data structures would be a nice thing to see. (I am not talking Star Trek either.) Holographic data stoarge is already out there.

On a more potential note, we are already using muliti layer disks. If the implementation of a tuning laser was introduced, Red or Blue could be read from the same DVD player. Not only that, the player could tune in multiple wave lengths of light to increase the storage capacity of the current disk. There was my 2 cents and food for though.

Since it was pointed out by another /. member that Transformers is actually anime, I would have to say it all started with that. I mean wow! Where else besides anime can you find such detailed character development in a series. Prime time TV can't touch anime. :)
