    Yeah so hydrocarbons are dangerous...the technology to reduce the danger has been around considerably longer. Battery powered cars are still crap and it still requires a tremendous amount of hydrocarbons to PRODUCE the car in the first place.

    For example: reneging on closing GitMo? Increasing our involvement in Afghanistan? How many campaign promises does he have to break before people wake up and understand that he's just another power hungry political hack?

    Transparency in government? Really? I have not seen any proof of that yet. How much transparency was there with the bills and executive orders he signed? Were they posted online for 48 hours before he acted on any of them?

    We have all been suckers, including me. I voted for the jerk. I guarantee I won't vote for him again and it's only been a few months in office. I can't imagine the mess we'll be in 4 years from now.

    One sure way to get more spam is to opt-out on email you didn't dbl opt-in to.

    Geez, any professional sys admin can configure apache. If they can't they should be fired. If you are not a sys admin maybe you should be running IIS on Microsoft. If so you will still have nightmares because sooner or later you get 'owned' and it will be sooner rather than later because by default IIS the OS is wide open.

    not only that but let them split off from the rest of the net. Fact is, the Internet for all it's faults work remarkably well.

    Besides, there is no incentive for the US to give it up, it just won't happen. The US invented it, the US can maintain and manage it. Let those that want it start their own.

    The UN is a remarkably mis-managed, wasteful and corrupt organization full of 3rd world dictators. To turn this over to them would be IMHO a disaster.

    OpenBSD is a great BSD and pf is simply the best firewall implementation there is and it is simple to use.

    However, Theo is the last angry man, his attitude sucks, I wouldn't care to meet him and I will never purchase OpenBSD because of this. It's not rational I realize but it is just my opinion.
