I cannot understand why Google bothers to argue the case with people like this. So you don't want your site images indexed, thats fine, Google should remove ALL references to your site from their index. When you traffic has dropped to the point of your site's death, come back and talk!

Mobile phone companies the world over have raped the consumer, time and time again. To charge users 8 - 15 pence for a single 1Kb text message and excessive call charges, they deserve what they get. For companies like Vodafone to start up and with-in 5 years be one of the largest companies in the world, it does not take a genius to work out who they are screwing.

More to the point, this is a socially engineered virus that could affect anyone, including the lot of Linux users commenting on the affected OS. This virus has nothing to do with software, it has all to do with education. Education of users. It is more important to teach people to watch what they open and to not trust ANYONE, than to patch, patch and patch, which would NOT have helped in this case.
a group of guys who were senior IT officials at a major bank who had an FU meeting and decieded to walk.
The first thing they evaluated was the amount of knowledge they had between them and how much it would cost the bank to replace that infromation. The second thing they did was form a company and contract themselves back to the bank at 3 times the rate they were being paid.
I guess that if you do carry an amount of information and experience with a particular system, proprietory at least, you have a much better chance of doing this same thing.
I have an issue with companies that want people to take 10% pay cuts to "keep the company alive". You will never see your 10% ever again and if you do, you will never get an "Alive and Kicking" increase of 10%. The fat cats at the top get those. If you are ever told that it is make or break on the 10%, tell them to go to hell, and employ someone else. By the time they have searched, interviewed and paid the agents commission, they will be more than 10% out of pocket so it will never happen.

My wife has had it, her friend has had it and a close personal friend, with a degree in fine arts and is a cameraman has had it done. I know of 5 people who have had it done and all 5 have 20/20 vision now.
In the EULA, it says we will all pay if they get it.
