Knowing the accuracy of GPS at the best of times of the time it takes for a usable signal to be picked up, it seems that they don't seem rugged enough to actually be of use to geophysicists for a reasonable amount of time.
However, anything that can be done is always a good thing, of which I'm sure everyone will agree with.
Due to the fact that came from an AC, I can't make you a foe:(. Anyway, what's ridiculous about a length of tartan wrapped around the body? Seems nothin much to me..
Also, Scotland isn't a province. It's a fully fledged country with it's own parlaiment and will probably in the next 5 years become a fully independent country.
Frankly, you've read too much into the bullshit about that Scotland that passes through the media. Try going to Scotland sometime, meeting some of the people, you might even want to try going to a Burns Supper!
This is one of the best posts i've heard on the subject. Why should someone who creates a work always be guaranteed income? I've created programs that are used over and over without any payment, but they were sold to people in the first place. It's not fair, but is life always fair?
There's not much they can do about the Bounce album now because I've seen copies of it in the shops already.
If they prevented anyone else using this again that would be good but intelectual property laws can't really stop a product that's been mass produced, released into shops and then sold to consumers.
I also don't think they can get much or any money from the album because it was a widely known fact that the album was being released with this mechanism enabled so they should have raised the fact before it was released.
Come on the littly guy!
Students on Orange get 1000 free texts a month.. Don't know many people who would use more than that..

I got loads of money from my company for working really hard and achieving so much.
:)
You should try it sometime..
Would it be a DMCA if the alerts bypass a security device (Firewall)? Just an idea...
The RIAA and MPAA aren't interested because I've contacted them before... and i got zilch correspondence. They're causing the problem!
Come on congress!
This is the kinda thing we've been waiting for since the DCMA.
This'll get hollywood and the RIAA up in arms!
