    Go read that Obama quote again, because he said nothing like what you said. Leaving out words and attacking strawmen is not getting Republicans elected. You might want to make a note of that.

    He could not refute his numbers so he attacked him personally. Basically picked on him like the high school bully he used to be.

    This is what is wrong with the GOP. At this rate we at least won't have to worry about them much longer. The old white bigot demographic is dying out.

    He probably knows a lot of big words and works for a very expensive and worthless contracting group. What he does not do is live and breath tech.

    If you want to flip through PDFs that is pretty much the only thing tablets are the absolute best at.

    What market solution would that be?

    Why would the market want to improve the lives of north koreans?

    If bringing up the standard of living for North Koreans is the goal then you will have to go the German unification route and it will cost a fortune. There is no other solution.

    If you just want slaves, then letting the market exploit these already impoverished folks some more will work great.

    Yes, but those systems really do normally use email as the communication method.

    Request tracker is one such system. You are still talking about emails and reviewing them. Request tracker can take in an email or another form of input, create a ticket and any updates to the ticket generate an email to the customer.

    So no one is allowed to use any forwards at all?
    Or you just review all forwards to make sure none leave the domain? How do you prevent someone from using something like imapsync or fetchmail or similar tools that behave like normal clients?

    We only preserve messages for certain classes of employees here. We do have email backups, but we do not archive all email for execs which was a business not technology decision. We are not a publicly traded company.

    How do calendars work then?

    Lets say a sysadmin needs to meet with VP of operations. Do all the sysadmins get the invite? Do you have sysadminA, sysadminB and sysadminC accounts? If you do you are right back to redirects.

    This sounds like it could only work for an incredibly small company.

    So how do you do quality monitoring for people who are judged based on the emails they send?
    I am mostly asking as we review some of our helpdesk staff that way.

    The news reports these cases. You would have to live under a rock to not hear about them.

    Not all cops are evil, but the 99% make the 1% look bad. No need to cherry pick. Just use google and you will find all you like. They get away with murder, quite literally in some cases.

    You being the adult need to protect your child from belladonna as well as magnets. You failing to protect your child is nature selecting against your genetic line.

    I am not a fan of that line of thinking, but we should charge these parents with neglect before blaming a company when people abuse their product.

    No one said anything about murder weapons, but BB guns and .22 caliber rifles are popular Christmas gifts for 6-12 year olds.

    They have not used that packaging in a long time.
    Look at their current packaging on their website.

    I am an adult, I buy toys. So it seems like reasonable marketing to adults.
