The web browser on the PS3 sucks. It is so bad, I pretend it does not exist. It also cannot be used for Hulu or most similar free services. A PC hooked up over HDMI is pretty much the only way to get those on a TV.
For some games I like the PS3, but any decent FPS or similar is much better on PC. The real problem recently has been the shitty console ports to PC.

Actually I run a vmware setup at work.
Not at all. Put all the linux boxes in openvz or something like it and windows servers can go into their hypervisor until MS smartens up.
Then you just need the linux boxes all on one set of hardware and windows on another. Vmware has other attractions, this is not really one of them.

We have only a few windows boxes, as few as we can, and still the MAK keys we are given are no where near enough for testing use.

Does not go as high as we are talking about. Only powered "zoom" climbs get jets this high.
No jet that flies that can reach those altitudes is a decent glider. Check out a Mig-25 for example.
