As for Catherine Zeta Jones or Angelina Jolie, I doubt they could afford to pay them based on how much they make just for one movie!

How bout a female doctor? I admit not having watched all the episodes since I was quite young the last time they were shown over here (thank god for the daily episodes) but is there any reason why the new doctor can't be female?
Could make for some interesting episodes anyway
Australia 8 months to a year later, we still havent seen of all Enterprise, Alias and SG1 (stargate being almost an entire series behind but now they are showing double episodes each week its rapidly catching up)
Good old bittorrent/IRC, without it us aussies would be screwed
I'm reading this book at the moment and the main character is doing that, wanting to build a vessel capable of getting off Earth because he believes its mankinds only way of surviving.
Maybe because not all of/. readers live in the US/Canada so the rest of us are forced to brew our own PVR Setup.
Speaking of which, anyone know any plans for a PVR in Australia?
I am a bit suprised nobody else has mentioned this already, but at least over here in Australia, the games for this machine cost around $90 each, having a console capable of playing & copying games to the internal hard disk as well as the capability to do DivX;) etc and stream from the network, spending an extra hundred on a console on top of what the cheapest DVD Player costs here ($200) one has see benefits of such a device. While a cheap PC probably would cost the same over there, the same is not true over here & it all fits in a small box which is far more ideal for a lounge room IMHO.
