    According to the patriot 2 act, if it is passed, you will be able to go to jail for an additional 5-10 years if you are cought "stealing" music even if that charge only gets you a fine.

    I wish this was so but I think the lack of a windows version will be its downfall. Not supporting windows but you need it to get enough people online and sharing.

    No, thats the break down in their case. They DO argue there is no legit use for those services. Not that it is not legal to trade songs. The point is that the service is not at fault. So they argue that it has NO legit use so they can say they are at fault.

    I'm not saying our military will get bigger. It will allow us to keep our current military size from the cold war. Otherwise their would be major international pressure for US to disarm.

    Yeah they needed it to have an excuse for a large military. Lucky for them though 9/11 came and so they had an excuse to start a new war, "on teror". This is just the cold war of the new age. Another excuse for a large military.

    Um what exactly is a "code". I think you mean LINES of code. And if you do you are wrong. Linux has far fewer bugs than windows. Its just that on linux you find out about them and with microsoft they cover them up as long as they can.
