    They aren't insuring the devices, they're refusing to recognize them as medical devices and thereby refusing to cover them.

    Not even close. Currently it's in the neighborhood of 10-15:1. It will eventually approach 1:1, but when it does there'll be no point in pumping it out of the ground (for energy at least.)

    How do you think software gets installed? Here's a clue, it involves making a copy.

    Apple's license also establishes the conditions under which they allow users to make copies of their software. Without a copyrights both Apple and Gnu's licenses would be toothless.

    But Apple has registered the itunes.com domain. Currently it redirects users to www.apple.com/itunes, but that doesn't mean it always will
