Obviously people can choose what to search for and download, that wasn't my point, and I think a lot of other folks points, I (we) just don't want to anonymously host KP. Perhaps I'm not understanding this correctly, but I think this is setup so you have no idea what you are storing or sharing on your own drive. Buy eliminating images/movies, you could be almost assurred of having little to no KP onboard. If I am understanding that incorrectly, excuse me, I can be educated on it.

For example, several states have voter referndums, and have voted to allow medical marijuana, but the feds say no, so it's still "illegal". It's pervasive, and crosses into all avenues of governments, from roads to schooling to you-name-it. It's even gotten down to miniscule and obviously supposed to be local zoning, you'll find a lot of it follows federal guidelines now, and most will be changing over. We have a theoretical Union made up of soverign States and the districts and territories,etc as you outlined, but because of how they are funded,and a plethora of federal laws, regulations, edicts, findings, orders and directives, they all (mostly, conversationally/generally speaking now) are just agents of the feds. I think you'd have a hard time finding many local government exceptions to that, state or county. It's an illusion, just like born-with constitutional "rights", independent judiciaries, the jury system acting as a check on bad laws, "real" specie backed money, and free and honest elections.
I live here so I voted in the last election using the diebold "system". It's the most BLATANT phony vote system you can imagine. There is ZERO way to account for the tally, any "official" can slide in a disk and change the results, there's no way for any local poll watcher to verify a count, because all you can do ishave the machine run it's same program again, so if it's been monkeyed with, you'll get the same monkeyed results. I made an offical protest after I voted, it lead to nothing, just an exasperrated and computer illeterate older lady poll official who couldn't understand why I wouldn't trust the machine,how it could be tampered with, then she transferred me to some person at the other end of a telephone who insisted the machines were fair, accurate and honest. I disputed that, said there was no proof, there was no proof of the vote that any poll watcher could verify, and I demanded the code, of course refused. I just wanted there to be an official protest, so I did it. Before we had a plain wooden box, paper ballots, you could look inside the box at poll opening, verify it empyty, sit there at poll closing time and watch the count. the potential for verification is VERY high with such a system and good ole mark I human concerned eyeballs. I like computers, but I got no use for these "systems". And I remember BEFORE I voted, a big Drudge headline about large numbers of "irregularities" showing up during the vote in georgia, I came back from voting and that story POOFED off his page and there was little of it at any other big georgia sites like ajc.com. That's some JUICE to be able to do that, and yes, biggest upsets since civil war reconstruction, defying all pre and post polling, so much so all the news orgs stopped even reporting the polls or that story.
That election was RIGGED, and it was the test case for nation wide rigging, that's my opinion, and the test worked, 99.999% of the people just sucked it up. In a month or three, perhaps that same valuation in forms of digits would be worth much less when it's compared to tangibles. My big crime, I had THE LIGHTS TURNED ON. My girlfriend and I do caretaking/estate management. We got a new gig finally after looking for several months. We've been moving for a week now, only partially finished, because our new house which is part of the pay was trashed out, we're having to do major fix up just to move in. We've been there a week, last night we stayed over. About midnight the county's "finest" show up en masse, raid us, I got a gun to my face, screamed at, the whole bit. They got a "tip" on 911. A *tip" there was an EVIL LIGHT ON IN THE HOUSE. Didn't matter we are the same peoplle, been there for a week, everyday until late, same vehicle, same trailer, same everything, massive work done.

I find our history as a whole to be idealistic. People came here for a variety of reasons, "making money" was just part of it. Freedom of religion and worship, and freedom FROM royals were two primary interests.

A lot of this food aid being exported there is in the form of propietary grain crops -GM mostly-that very poor farmers will try to plant, and have crop failures then. They will be locked into to the globalist agrimonopolists cycle, and won't be able to save seed year to year, instead being forced to purchase seed, and already they are on subsistance level incomes, having to pay for seed will doom them to perpetual serfdom fpr the most part, even worse than it is now. I think a lot of people have the mistaken notion that somehow corporations are an end all and be all of business, and that anything is OK as long as it's profitable. My take on that is, I'm a human being,not some sort of ferengi anything goes creature,and also I am citizen of my nation, I have born with rights AND duties, one of those duties is to make sure I don't shaft my neighbors with fraud disguised as "business". I can conduct business, but I shouldn't...well, screw people over in the process and hide behind flocks of lawyers and a complicated set of daisy chained corporations, nor should I bribe politicians to make laws, and so on. Nowadays the bribe is carved in stone, it's not called a bribe, but it looks, acts, and functions as a bribe.
I have respect for honest business people,who know of and value their part of being inside our society, our organization of individuals and states. N E W Y O R K, May 1 -- In the early 1960s, America's top military leaders reportedly drafted plans to kill innocent people and commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities to create public support for a war against Cuba.
Secrets
Code named Operation Northwoods, the plans reportedly included the possible assassination of Cuban émigrés, sinking boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas, hijacking planes, blowing up a U.S. ship, and even orchestrating violent terrorism in U.S. cities.
The plans were developed as ways to trick the American public and the international community into supporting a war to oust Cuba's then new leader, communist Fidel Castro.
America's top military brass even contemplated causing U.S. military casualties, writing: "We could blow up a U.S. ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba," and, "casualty lists in U.S. newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation."
Details of the plans are described in Body of Secrets (Doubleday), a new book by investigative reporter James Bamford about the history of America's largest spy agency, the National Security Agency. However, the plans were not connected to the agency, he notes.
The plans had the written approval of all of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and were presented to President Kennedy's defense secretary, Robert McNamara, in March 1962. But they apparently were rejected by the civilian leadership and have gone undisclosed for nearly 40 years.
"These were Joint Chiefs of Staff documents. The reason these were held secret for so long is the Joint Chiefs never wanted to give these up because they were so embarrassing," Bamford told ABCNEWS.com.

..she ignores data-facts- that are embarassing to the current regime of neocons. I just listened to a radio interview with her tonight, stuff that is verifiable (like some of the 9-11 hijackers being trained at pensacola naval air station, or elements of the current admin trying to stifle the 9-11 investigation) she was dismissing as if they didn't exist. She's just another propaganda mouthpiece, nothing more,she lies and commits the sin of omission lie with the best of them, so called "left or right wing". Currently very popular, historically will be proven irrelevant and will be added to the list of compromised has beens and turncoats. She even called the attack on the Liberty by the Israelis a lie, that it didn't happen, or that the then current president and mucky mucks tried to conspire to blame it on the egyptians, which has all been proven, it's just data now.
I have much more respect for journalists who are neutral, who let the chips fall where they may, and do articles and opinion pieces and books based on ALL the relevant data, not pick out bits and pieces to support an obvious agenda. It's quite easy to counter every "democratic and liberal" scandal with a republican so called conservative scandal, which means BOTH those parties are A composed of human beings, some of whom are crooks, and B it proves the old adage there ain't a dimes bit of difference between those phony artificial extremes. Rational people apply the scientific model, they don't try to force an issue to fit pre conceived notions.

You want an example or two of more rational, factual and more believable woman traditional conservatives, who aren't liars, I'd say women like Phyllis Schafly or Charlotte Iserbyt are better examples. They aren't afraid to dare call a capital R republican a crook or a skunk when it fits, they have this now rare element to their character called "ethics", something totally absent in the current crop of neocons with their whopper lies du juor.
--there are very few "pure" local governments in the US any longer, and the REASON is that the big federal dollar carrot. Our federal tax rate is extremely high, and most local governments are forced to accept BOTH federal money back to them,after first having a significant portion skimmed for the federal bureaucracy, and always with strings attached "do it this way or no money". that's control, which means the feds control everything. For example, several states have voter referndums, and have voted to allow medical marijuana, but the feds say no, so it's still "illegal". It's pervasive, and crosses into all avenues of governments, from roads to schooling to you-name-it. It's even gotten down to miniscule and obviously supposed to be local zoning, you'll find a lot of it follows federal guidelines now, and most will be changing over. We have a theoretical Union made up of soverign States and the districts and territories,etc as you outlined, but because of how they are funded,and a plethora of federal laws, regulations, edicts, findings, orders and directives, they all (mostly, conversationally/generally speaking now) are just agents of the feds. I think you'd have a hard time finding many local government exceptions to that, state or county. It's an illusion, just like born-with constitutional "rights", independent judiciaries, the jury system acting as a check on bad laws, "real" specie backed money, and free and honest elections.
I live here so I voted in the last election using the diebold "system". It's the most BLATANT phony vote system you can imagine. There is ZERO way to account for the tally, any "official" can slide in a disk and change the results, there's no way for any local poll watcher to verify a count, because all you can do ishave the machine run it's same program again, so if it's been monkeyed with, you'll get the same monkeyed results. I made an offical protest after I voted, it lead to nothing, just an exasperrated and computer illeterate older lady poll official who couldn't understand why I wouldn't trust the machine,how it could be tampered with, then she transferred me to some person at the other end of a telephone who insisted the machines were fair, accurate and honest. I disputed that, said there was no proof, there was no proof of the vote that any poll watcher could verify, and I demanded the code, of course refused. I just wanted there to be an official protest, so I did it. Before we had a plain wooden box, paper ballots, you could look inside the box at poll opening, verify it empyty, sit there at poll closing time and watch the count. the potential for verification is VERY high with such a system and good ole mark I human concerned eyeballs. I like computers, but I got no use for these "systems". And I remember BEFORE I voted, a big Drudge headline about large numbers of "irregularities" showing up during the vote in georgia, I came back from voting and that story POOFED off his page and there was little of it at any other big georgia sites like ajc.com. That's some JUICE to be able to do that, and yes, biggest upsets since civil war reconstruction, defying all pre and post polling, so much so all the news orgs stopped even reporting the polls or that story.
That election was RIGGED, and it was the test case for nation wide rigging, that's my opinion, and the test worked, 99.999% of the people just sucked it up. To be fair, there was a big anti barnes vote over the flag issue, but still... too many races had completely bogus results. And BOTH PARTIES have endorsed these "systems", which means they are "in" on it at the top party levels.
It's a JUNTA. The vote was marginally useful before, now it's about useless.
The economy is being blown out. The value of everything is dropping vis a vis what the current manipulated artificial currencies say they are worth. Sitting on daily de-valuing cash is pointless, they are taking the cash and running with it NOW before it's worth much less, that cash can be converted to more wealth-preserving assets. In a month or three, perhaps that same valuation in forms of digits would be worth much less when it's compared to tangibles. This is what the real high rollers around the planet are doing, so it's not surprising that microsoft management would be doing it. that their smaller shareholders get a piece of it they can't avoid, that's out of their hands, but the larger holders want OUT, they want to get into safer things now. This is a serious economic clue, of much more worth than most nightly business reports puffery.
Back in the olden daze we had "demonstrations" against the draft slavery and against illegal undeclared wars (as in the bigfatwhopper lie "nam"). Anyway, the goons back then do what they do now, they infiltrate demonstrations with undercover goons, who proceed to start violence, giving the uniformed goons an excuse to go mad dog. Then the goose stepping regime supporters point at the violence say "see, we need even more lowrrrr-nn-orderzzz!"
We used to get pictures of these "undercover" goons and publish them in the "alternative press" of the time, or even just mimeograph it and spread them around. Sometimes it was crude, just crowd shots with a rough circle around a goons head and an arrow pointing at them. When we could we found out their names, published that too, but that was hard a lot of times.
They HATED that stuff and tried to stop it, it was too embarassing to them to have the truth come out. that's why back then they used to hunt to find the cameras and beat up the people with them and smash the cameras, it was typical and common behavior with them. And they are still pulling their demonic crap, decades later, just now they have more money, more technology, more demon goons working for them, and are going for broke, they want THE PLANET.
Anyway, BOY HOWDY I'm in favor of this effort with the database on the goons! My recent run in with the small time but still foul local goons just triple convinces me, we are living in a junta, a military dictatorship being run by international blood profits at any costs globalists, who use badged and uniformed mercenaries to do their bidding. There are no "laws" that apply to them, they are "above the law", and commit murder on down, any crime you can imagine.

My big crime, I had THE LIGHTS TURNED ON. My girlfriend and I do caretaking/estate management. We got a new gig finally after looking for several months. We decided at this time we couldn't afford to buy our own land around here, so we answered a paper advertisement and got this new job, like 50 miles away. We've been moving for a week now, only partially finished, because our new house which is part of the pay was trashed out, we're having to do major fix up just to move in. So every day, we haul over a small load of our stuff, then spend all day fixing floors, hauling away garabage, cleaning the yard and mowing, paintinig, the whole deal. We've been there a week, last night we stayed over. About midnight the county's "finest" show up en masse, raid us, I got a gun to my face, screamed at, the whole bit. They got a "tip" on 911. A *tip" there was an EVIL LIGHT ON IN THE HOUSE. Didn't matter we are the same peoplle, been there for a week, everyday until late, same vehicle, same trailer, same everything, massive work done.

Personally, I like methanol over a hydrogen-based economy (at this time), liquid fuel, very little of anything weird required to use it, and storage is no problem. Gas up your ride, gas up your box at the same pump!
I find our history as a whole to be idealistic. People came here for a variety of reasons, "making money" was just part of it. Freedom of religion and worship, and freedom FROM royals were two primary interests.
Some people see things all in terms of money, others do not. I am one of the ones who do not, and there are many many more with similar feelings and notions. And there's a difference between honest business and working and making some money and a profit, and outright greed. It IS possible to have the former without resorting to the latter. To my thinking, it's a pity more people and businesses don't realise that.

yes, you have the gist of it exactly. We have mistakenly given "personhood" to these artifical corporations, so therefore they must be held to a sense of ethics and morality. it is not all dollars and cents when you get down to it, although the Ac I was replying 5to insisted that was corporations "only" motivating factor. I agree with that, it's reality now, I think it's extremely wrong, it promotes greed and avarice as a virtue when they are not, and needs to be radically changed back to being of the public intertest, which is part of normal morality and ethics. that's exactly what I meant, these multinationals ( a lot of them, just speaking generally) have profits at any cost mentality. I would go so far as to state they start wars for profit, and have for a long time. I am forced to speak as a USian,and I am patriotic for my own nation and union, but the commentary is for all, just I have a US centric interest and a better handle on our history as opposed to some other nations history. I WANT other peoples to be just as proud and "pro" their own nations as I am of mine, and I also want corporations headquartered and chartered inside the US to follow our older historical guidelines of taking the public interest as just as important as this quarters profits. And by public I mean the US public, and any other nation they maybe doing business in. I don't want to be shafted, I don't want other people to be shafted either, I am anti-colonialism and exploitation. I think both are critical for long term wealth production and social stability and peace and prosperity. The alternative is what we have now, and it's not working. Greed and fraud and blackmail and bribery are not respecters of national boundaries, or of their victims rights or dignity. I do not wish to see a world dominated by a dozen or so giant multinationals, who run governments as puppets.
A lot of this food aid being exported there is in the form of propietary grain crops -GM mostly-that very poor farmers will try to plant, and have crop failures then. They will be locked into to the globalist agrimonopolists cycle, and won't be able to save seed year to year, instead being forced to purchase seed, and already they are on subsistance level incomes, having to pay for seed will doom them to perpetual serfdom fpr the most part, even worse than it is now. It's the exact reason the forward-thinkers in those nations are trying to refuse "food" aid even when they desperately need it, they know it's a temporary fix, just like drugs, ie "the first hit is free". There's wheels inside of agendas with *free* "aid".
Well then, there's a major business opportunity there for some enterprising people. Perhaps it's the way it will evolve. I certainly see a lot of "out of work, what to do?" threads here on slashdot referencing the IT industries.

I think a lot of people have the mistaken notion that somehow corporations are an end all and be all of business, and that anything is OK as long as it's profitable. My take on that is, I'm a human being,not some sort of ferengi anything goes creature,and also I am citizen of my nation, I have born with rights AND duties, one of those duties is to make sure I don't shaft my neighbors with fraud disguised as "business". I can conduct business, but I shouldn't ...well, screw people over in the process and hide behind flocks of lawyers and a complicated set of daisy chained corporations, nor should I bribe politicians to make laws, and so on. Nowadays the bribe is carved in stone, it's not called a bribe, but it looks, acts, and functions as a bribe.
I have respect for honest business people,who know of and value their part of being inside our society, our organization of individuals and states. I have nothing but contempt for "citizen of the world" non patriotic corporate profit thirsty and blood thirsty pirates,the addicts, the ones with no conscious, especially ones that masquerade as being "US" people. I frankly think those sorts of people are traitors and terrorists, and their artificial constructs ending in "Inc" should be considered as inimical foreign powers and treated as such.
