Well, it's not OSS. Other than that, I'm impressed. I don't know about your requirement for Word doc, however if you call them you WILL get in touch with an engineer that will answer your questions. The webmail client is really nice and so is the Exchange migration in my opinion. I would recommend calling them and going from there. What killed the project for me was Blackberry compatibility. Keep me updated, sounds like you and I have the same goals and a simular job.
The one time I called Microsoft, they couldn't answer my question and wanted to endlessly reboot the server to install logging software.
Opposite end of the spectrum, help on the supposedly anti user-friendly OpenBSD firewall I replaced our proprietary firewall with was concise, forthcoming, and individuals made time to help me on IRC. For all of your Linux guys out there, try a BSD. The man pages alone are worth the price of admission not to mention the security.

You have a serious chip on your shoulder and I will bet quite a bit that you're only brave with name calling online, not in person of course.
As far as Wyoming goes, you might try taking a look at the education and crime statistics. Or unemployment. Or any other stat you rambled on about but really have no idea what you were talking about. My family is trying to hire people to work on the ranch and we're having no luck with the unemployment rate as it is in Wyoming. Anyway, if you need to call someone names, try doing it in person.
