    Let me clarify - that 354 days refer to a lunar year with 12 lunar months. A year with 13 months would have approx. 384 days.

    Oh, come on! Why don't you go open another tab in your browser there and google for a lunar calendar? You'll see that a lunar month has between 29 to 30 days. A full lunar year cycle would have about 354 days, give or take a day or two.

    This much food is not supplementary, it's a whole lunch! Don't forget we're talking about a four-year old. How many four-year olds can eat all these and still be able to consume a sandwich? I don't know, maybe kids over there are a ravenous lot, but my kid, when she was four, gets full after a couple of nuggets and a banana.
    So, yes, I think REPLACED is the right word.

    I use Kubuntu, which is supposedly one of the most user-friendly distros available. As far as I can remember, it did not allow me to mount ISOs right of the bat. I had to install additional tools to get the functionality.

    He got ACTA signed in Europe.

    That's not how I understand it. I think you got misled by the misleading title of TFA/TFS. He's not the 'EU ACTA Chief'. He was the European Parliament's rapporteur on ACTA. His job was to investigate the issue and produce a report on it.

    XCode is not free for me. I don't have a Mac and there is no way I can legally get XCode without spending money. Of course, without a Mac there would be no use for me to have a copy of XCode, nor am I even interested in using it, but that's beside the point. The point is, I can't download it for free right now.

    I'm on Windows and on the page it says, "To download Xcode from the Mac App Store, you need a Mac with Mac OS X 10.6.6 or later .". So where can I get one of those for free?

    Usually such people distribute the online version for free, and sell the printed version for a fee. It makes no sense to sell the same online version both for free and for a fee.
