I can't imagine how they will prove intent or source in most cases. Hint: they won't. This will make the situation worse, with the legal system being used for false-flag blackmail of exes in revenge.
Had they presented a down-to-earth, moderate candidate
Let's avoid the argument as to whether he was really conservative. Why did he have to be moderate? Obama is not moderate. He is for bigger government. That is a fact! That is what he ran on in both elections. He didn't look to loosen regulations or reduce government influence in the economy. He didn't close Gitmo, cut taxes, or cut spending. How about, instead of running two "moderates", we have two DIFFERENT GUYS?
The problem with eliminating corporations is that it also prevents entrepreneurs from opening businesses without losing their home and life savings to the first guy who "slips on the floor".
The fact that if you DO decide to attach it to the network so you can use the streaming features, its performance will be horrible.
The horrible reviews for Samsung players led me to break my boycott of Sony. I have a BDP-S390 and S590 and they are great for streaming and DLNA (except that volume control is not supported... which makes sense).
You don't know what "my kind" is, other than "my kind" is opposing you in this debate. I will ignore all the fallacious, abusive parts of your response.
A newborn infant is also not "self-sufficient"; therefore, infanticide should be legal.
The supply continues because of businesses mining natural gas, not the government stockpiling it. The government also stockpiles petroleum; does that mean the government is responsible for producing it?
So he voted against a bill that earmarked the funds in favor for a version that uses the funds for "deficit reduction" which is political speak for money into my pork project.
Thanks, Captain Democrat, but national parks and "environmental issues" ARE pork. Some states have more parks than others, and for those who do it has great pork potential. The same for "environmental issues", which today means subsidies for solar panels from failed corporations like A123 and Solyndra.
It's called "cognitive dissonance" and it doesn't discriminate based on your political or religious beliefs, or how clever you appear to be on Slashdot.
On the contrary! I believe that changing our energy sources will increase prosperity. However, doing so by government fiat will do the opposite. All the geniuses who know what is coming should try working together with the greatest economic minds to determine a free market solution. Not crony capitalism, not state capitalism-- a free market.
Your argument is the same one used by the citizen surveillance lobby-- there's that small chance that a terrorist attack may kill a lot of people, so let's do everything we can to stop it, even if that means giving up a "little" freedom here and there. Think of the children.

Maybe if Occupy had actually occupied PUBLIC property, they would have helped.
Poor wittle baby Obama. Did the big bully pwess make him cwy?
You know, he could try pretending to be a President and not respond negatively to every criticism.
Hasn't Michelle Obama already banned pies and Tootsie Rolls?
Damn, New Hampshire is awesome. Live Free or Die, frikkin' A.
Yeah, that was signed off by the notorious Republican, Bill Clinton. Vote Democrat, people!
Yeah, we can only unfairly categorize 'mericans here.

That was so funny, I almost fell out of my comfy chair.
Better wear sunglasses; the glare from all those white flags coming out will be intense.
No, he got it right. I agreed with him, then some Groupthinker modded me down.
Curiously, neither St. Augustine not Aquinas had access to a sonogram. We have no idea what influence that technology may have had on their opinions.
It's nice that you recognized the absurdity of your argument.

Context matters.

No. Fortunately, no one is condemned for being an idiot.
A egg or a sperm by itself will never turn into a human being. A fertilized zygote, on the other hand, usually will.
Is there any argument on Slashdot that doesn't end in a red herring?

Only if they're able to recover the contents of dynamic RAM and get your unsaved WordPerfect doc back.
DOS disk caches were smart enough to trap the CAD and flush their buffers.
