The average libertarian screaming about how government is always evil, taxation is always theft, how no entity but the government could ever have an impact on the "liberty" of another person.
That's funny, because I'm annoyed by the average AC that uses straw men instead of rational arguments in a discussion.
It's funny how all the people who "hate America" really hate the American government-- and then accept the bogus numbers they come up with as gospel. They are brainwashed statists who never met a government program they didn't like.
Actually it's very much a demonstration that commercial health suppliers on their own had poor sanitation. And it took the government to step in and provide a sufficiently big financial incentive.
It's a little past "eww". If these people don't wash up, patients could DIE. If you can't do something simple like wash your hands, you can't work at a hospital. Period.
I totally agree with this. LEO and military are people you can count on having some of the best firearms-- so having one of them get into the hands of a criminal is far riskier than someone's semiautomatic varmint rifle. Let's maximize the return by giving it to them first.
My son's tricycle is a vehicle - it is unreasonable that he does not need the same license for it that I need for my motorcycle.
Maybe he should need a license. Is there anything preventing him from riding it on the road? It has wheels, steering, and a method of propulsion. Since he MIGHT take it onto the road (just like a farmer with a garden MIGHT actually sell produce from it that MIGHT cross state lines), it should be taxed and regulated to cover the cost to the public.
That's not enough changes! It's not a new version unless they've arbitrarily renamed everything! It should be called a "My Start" button, and "Settings" should be "Configuration", and "Shutdown" should be "Damn memory leaks again".
My NES and SNES look great on an LCD. I suppose you'll need a CRT only if you want to play light gun games. Now, I haven't tried my Atari, which might look horrible because of how the inevitable RF interference appears. But that could be fixed by a hack to bypass the RF modulator and get pure composite out.
Yeah, I'm sure it's just the Republicans' fault. Remember Bill Clinton signed that 1996 Telecom Act. But keep focusing on one party and see if the other one somehow won't decide to screw you in its lust for power.
What would you say if I called you a pencil-necked, paranoid geek for encrypting your communications? After all, you have nothing to hide, right? The police don't even know you exist.
It's about discovery, invention, and planning for the future. And people who ridicule those who are forward-thinking disgust me.
BTW, a single-shot pistol is not a weapon of war, Captain Jingo. Buy a dictionary, you tool.

A republic does what you ask, in order to avoid the tyranny of the majority.
I skimmed the comments looking for this one!
The baby nukes were a lot less dangerous, although less amusing.
The only one wondering is you, because the rest of us have heard of something called "science" that explains it.

Excuse me, but why should you care about our health? None of that affects you, Captain Fascist.
Or, you could stop hating entirely, as it profits no one.
Because that would be jumping on the bandwagon?
If you think the current health care system is in any way libertarian, you should check into a hospital: the mental hospital.

I know baseball can be a slow game, but how did he find time to wank while on the mound?
"Rape a few of the new holes"... I shuddered repeatedly.

There's been a core installation option (i.e. headless) since Windows 2008 came out. Do try to keep up.

That was one long WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. You could really hear the Doppler effect on that thing.

Where the heck did I leave my mod points?
Because cops never lie, amirite? BTW, I'm pretty sure Oz already has various departments for consumer protection and safety. It's not their job.
That's because those are more expensive and require a high level of skill to use.
Who are we to say whether someone should kill themselves?
Yes, they do-- absolutely. Unless you're thinking only about what some jurisdictions call second degree murder. That's a biased sample.
