the only way that I can think of to 'overcome this minor hurdle' of leap year would be to add in another whole week or change the length of days. If you added in another whole week, that would have to once every 28 years? that doesn't really sound like it is going to work. I think that changing the length of the days, would just screw up the whole daylight timing. If he could seriously come up with a feasible solution to Leap Year, then and only then would he be able to get people to listen
Now, not knowing people at MSNBC or anything like that, I would offer the possibly that someone ran a script against it. These things have been known to happen.
How many of you were sitting at work when you saw this item, and have since spent a good deal of time trying to write a bit of obfuscated perl to post here as your response?
Are they serious? Whatever happened to the idea of having computer labs and just having computer classes for kids? I think that would be just as effective, if not more, than giving every kid a bare bones computer (which is what I am understanding to happen here).
Shouldn't kids learn the basics first, such as reading, writing, and arithmetic, before they starting trying to have machines do it for them?
Maybe we should have that 'third half' work on the basics too...
If I am not mistaken, Nazi's used numbers not barcodes that deduct money from your bank account. Don't get me wrong I am no way for this, I think it _is_ the mark of the beast, but they are not patenting tatoos, they are patenting the idea of using tatoos for financial transactions.
I see benefits of pointy stick.

They're your only friend, they're not your only friend, but they're a little glowing, but really they're not actually your friend, but they are...

Why Hemos, what ever could you mean?

Actually, that was Dan Quayle
Now who is going to come up with the coolest case for this computer? I was thinking some PVC pipes and a glowing skull...
Did I read that right? 5 atoms that work as a processor and memory? Geez... I just don't know where I will find room for that on my desk...
"What happens when our ideals hit the real world?"
It makes a loud thud.
