What? Off-freaking-topic? This should be at least +4! It's completely ON-TOPIC. What are the mods smoking?
Either, they don't know what you're talking about, didn't bother to click the link, or think, omg, everyone knows about THAT. Well, in any case, let me try to help you out man:

In short, yes. The fact that this one was allowed to slip by for so long unnoticed means the whole place is messed up, and they didn't have proper accountability for factual reporting.
Its very large windshield would be more expensive to replace I would think. As far as looks, in my opinion it does share some similarities with cars on the market right now. I am reminded of the Nissan Z350 and the Pontiac Aztek.
Also, I think it would be sweet to drive one of those without the shell at all. Like an extreme convertible. The dangers of that would be obvious to a 6 year old, but people would do it if they could.
They would still be unauthorized songs because the label holds the rights to the songs, and rights to distribute them, not the artist. However, unauthorized is not the same as unethical.
2. Theft follows naturally when greed, possession and laziness are part of our way of life.
I'm afraid that I have to agree that this is often so. People become so blinded by what they can GET, that they forget the basic rules of civilization and ethics, and will deprive others of their rights for immediate gain. Although these attitudes may be precursors to theft, they are still not to blame. What is to blame is disrespect for the rights of others, which is inherently evil. Greed, laziness, and possession themselves are not inherently evil, despite what St. Thomas Aquinas, et al may say. Greed, laziness and possession push progress forward. Without laziness, no one would ever have invented the wheel. Without greed and possession, no civilization would ever have explored the world around them, no railroads would be built, no superhighways paved.
3. The RIAA has been stealing millions a year.
The music industry has been found to fix prices in violation of the law. To me, price fixing is not theft, but it is just as bad. It is unethical in that by doing so, they LIE to the consumer. It is a form of fraud, not theft. I would like to see an example cited where the music industry has actually STOLEN money from anyone. Charging high prices for their own goods is a right of theirs, as long as they don't fix prices, no matter how little it actually costs to make the cd's, or how little they give to the artists.

I agree that capitalism is under fire and in danger, but my reasons for thinking this are probably entirely different from yours, and my reasons are too involved to get into here. I would be interested in knowing, in what way you believe that Microsoft has acted that is against the true spirit of Capitalism?

Pirates of the Carribean was so much better than I thought it would be that I'm willing to sacrifice my karma even further to tell you all about it.
I just got back from it and the plot was without gaping holes, the fight scenes were 5 times as good as those in Matrix Reloaded, the dialogue was fresh, clever and funny. Excusing the fact that it had ghosts, I had zero serious complaints.
Neither in the book nor in the movie is it made clear what his name actually is. His legal name may be Tyler, or it may not be. He also calls himself Rupert and Cornelius at the groups. Marls knows him as Tyler Durden, and Bob knew him as Cornelius. His actual name is never revealed.
So what about Jack? He never calls himself Jack. Jack is just a kind of joke thing. Norton's character was reading the magazine series with organs speaking in the first person "I am Jack's colon", "I am Jack's medula oblongata." and is greatly amused by these articles, and later when confronting his boss, he says "I am Jack's smirking revenge." He's just alluding to the amusing magazine articles, not saying that he IS Jack.
how am i offtopic when I'm on the same topic as the parent?
except for the Alienware case in the picture. Those things are massive ripoffs. No way I'd buy one when I can build almost the same thing for less.
If you haven't already read Atlas Shrugged,(and you sound like you have) you should. You'd enjoy it I think. Fountainhead is one of my favorite books.

I wish someone could neuralize that movie out of my memory.

Edison didn't invent the lightbulb, but he did improve it, and applied for a patent...
Sure, multipse X sessions are easy! Here's a very nice tutorial on how to do that.

Cool.
How would you send a check to the artist? Not home address, would you send checks made out to the artist at the address of their record label?
Actually, that's a neat idea.
"The iTunes Music Store requires a Mac equipped with iTunes 4 and Mac OS X Version 10.1.5 or later."
But yeah, something LIKE that would be great. Hopefully Apple will eventually make it more accessible for everyone
How about XXX or ****?
Well, let's take account of your statements.

I agree. P2P itself is legit.

I recommend that you read Daniel Quinn's Ishmael and stop worrying about all the dying children in Africa, etc.
NOCSO?
Not in the book. And was this an official script you saw?
