However, will this be prone to user introduced errors, intentional or otherwise? It seems that this would be even more difficult to track than a wiki. After having a look at the site it's not readily apparent what sort of measures are in place to track/prevent these issues. All in all though, a great idea. Hats off to all the folks behind the site.
